Worst experience I've ever had. I was scammed out of $5,387.50 here. They advertise a "complimentary facial," but it barely lasted 10 minutes, rushed and low quality. Right after, Angie and Dylan pushed the Marvelous 24K Gold Pro Skincare Revolution System with an aggressive upsell. They first claimed it cost $13,950, then gave me a "huge discount" down to $5,161.50, making me think I was getting a deal. In reality, you can find the same device online for $500-$1,500. Once they had my money, they refused refunds and completely ignored my calls. This was nothing more than a sleazy sales trap disguised as a spa. I have to praise this spa! First of all, the place is clean, smells good, and gives a relaxed and calm feeling. I was diagnosed with acne and deep scars under the skin mainly in the cheeks area. Dylan, who works there, gave me a series of facial treatments with natural ingredients and an infrared machine and also blue light. I received follow-up treatment at home to achieve faster results. Dylan helped me understand the entire process of the treatments, which are painless and without medical intervention (something I was very afraid of because I have sensitive skin). I want to give this place a (F- minus) I'm so upset. I received a coupon from a kiosk name (Royal Moya), inside the Brea mall for a 'Complimentary' facial on 1-7-25 'Supreme Spa' are Crooks using an absurd scheme to steal people's money by calling their business a salon.! I really regret going there because not only did they rip me off for a lot of money, but they have cost me more money I have to spend for legal advice, not to mention wasted time, inconvenience. The facial needle machine they used on my face was very painful. This salon uses trickery on people to buy their very expensive products. They also use fraud and deception. They even set up a fake loan that wasn't even in my name from 'Union Bank 'without my permission. Union Bank was acquired by U S Bank in 2021. How about that! These people are not only deceptive, but they won't tell you the names of the manager or their assistant (a nurse) that work there. It seems all of three parties are involved in this scheme operation. the kiosk, the salon and the fake loan using a scheme to make money off of people. In my case, they are trying to scam me for $8,950 in products that I did not ask for on a fake loan! Yes, they are just like a used car salesman. I sent an email to Supreme Spa three times asking for the manager's name and her nurse's name, but they did not reply to my email. In another email, I canceled another free 'Complimentary led anti-aging treatment' set up by the Supreme's manager on 01/27/25 @ 10AM and I also denied their fake loan. I asked them to refund the $693.63 sales tax that was charged to my credit card. I did not agree to purchase any of their products. They said that the 'Complimentary led anti-aging' treatment is Supreme Spa's offer in exchange to let them use my face by taking photos before and after their treatments and using them for advertising for their business. I have seen many victims like me with the same stories from this business reported and filed complaints with Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. I told them I was not able to afford that at the moment and he is desperately trying to sell you the product in payments at 15% interest! Meaning that it's another $1,000, on top of the $5,000!! I went in for a facelift facial and nurse Shirley came into my room and told me I was going to love the facial and after the treatment would talk to me about what she would suggest to be her chosen model. My gal was Ashley and she was very sweet but I knew she was new. When it came to the facelift part with a wand she went out and got another girl. She told me she was there to watch. After all the treatment Ashley left and nurse Shirley came in. Said oh you do have some redness but she thought the treatment did great in my face. Now the for the sales pitch. She again said she wanted to use me for her model which intailed 26 weeks of treatment. I explained I was retired and my husband and I have another home and we go back east for 3 months each year and I couldn't be dedicated to her treatment plan. Now everything changes. She asked me if I had a budget. I said what do you mean? She said I would need to do the treatments at home with her products $250 a month I again said I wasent sure if I wanted to do that. So she said how about $150 a month for 2 years. I again told her that we are retired and travel all year. I would have to think about it. Now she was very irritated so I took the blanket off and said I would think about it and see if i could be her model. At this point she said the offer was only good until she found another model and so while I was thinking about it the offer would be $350 for 1 treatment. As she walked out she told me I was starting to get brown circles under my eyes. This was the most unexpected conversation I've ever had with going in to get a facial at a spa. As I was paying for my treatment the girl that watched my treatment then said to me to not put anything hot on my face and to stay out of the sun. I am very upset. Shirley did not tell me she was running my credit nor did she tell me it's being financed thru a credit union. I was blind sided I found out from my phone when it said you had a hard hit on your credit. I would have never bought this machine. I was under the impression that it was just thru the spa. i feel so violated that they had to be sneaking about selling you something instead of being honest because I would've never bought it or let them run my credit. They have you sign a tablet that you can not see right after your facial no glasses to read the little print plus she had to mark my name to sign on the tablet. If they do not take this back I will go to small claims court I am so tired of people not being honest. I had my first appointment on November 14, 2023. I was so excited to get a facial done for $79.99. Once I have arrive they have provided me a check list of what I wanted to do more in the future. Well I was expecting a robe, a hair net or something not to get anything on me. Well the mask was all over my hair and my sweater. After the facial that lasted 15 min. They were trying to sell me the product that would cost me $5,800.00 I told them thank you but I cannot afford the product. The guy is like wait let me talk to my manager. I guess I'm used to professional places where you are given a robe to change into, so your clothing doesn't get dirty I was drawn to this place based on the advertising which clearly shows a woman on a bed with a robe getting her face steamed along with several other procedures, which never happened. To begin with, the aesthetician did not wash her hands and didn't properly cleaned my face before beginning the procedure. When I asked about the video with a the procedures shown, she claimed that there was a misunderstanding between them & their advertising team. To add insult to injury, she burped twice on my face. I scheduled an anti aging treatment for my grandma for her birthday online, and forgot about it. 24 hours before the treatment I received a text message from the spa remaining me of my treatment that I booked which I appreciated very much. My grandma and I arrived and was told to park in the embassy suite hotel near by, it was amazing because we had many parking spots Available, we were welcomed by a nice person named Ben which explained us the process with care and details. My grandma got 60 minutes treatment and she loved it so much so she decided to purchase a package of products and treatments.
