I chose Linda. 6/20/26 I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time at 1pm and saw another client waiting in the second chair in the lobby area. No one at the front desk. After 5 minutes or so, a lady came out to inform us to give them a few minutes while they set up. I missed the later front end of the the dialogue but pretty much I was going with Kara and the other lady was going with Linda. I clarified I has chosen Linda. Without saying she double booked, she assured me Kara was very good at the magician facial. Linda was actually the lady who informed me of this. This visit did not start out very well since I have PTSD when it comes to establishments that double book. Well, I am already here so I thought I'd give it a try. Kara was nice and skilled at what she does. She was thorough and provided me with a fantastic facial. This is definitely the first time in a long time, that my face got this much dancing fingers attention. I am pretty sure I twilighted into a little snooze somewhere in my 2+ hour facial. My face felt very smooth and plump after my treatment. She even applied sunscreen before I headed out which I am thankful for. Things that could be improved: 1) Please be courteous and avoid double booking clients. I specifically asked for Linda due to all the raving reviews. I was lucky that Kara was also very good but it did not start on a positive note. 2) Explaining what is going to happen before it happens. She did not dismiss it entirely but there were a lot of quiet, gapey moments where my mind would wonder what is going on. There is nothing worse than having your eyes covered with a tiny wet cloth while all sorts of sounds of devices are occurring in your surroundings. After I paid, Linda also provided me with a discount card for my future visit which was also nice. Even though I was moved by the package deals, I am not entirely sure I am a routine facial type of gal. Despite of the small hiccups in my experience today, I would still recommend this place for a facial. Kara has magic hands. I greatly enjoyed my fancy facial by her.

We were able to push my appointment back an hour and accommodate the Collagen Hydrogel Magician Treatment (2 hours). Upon walking into the space, Linda greeted me immediately. She was finishing up the client prior to me. There are multiple rooms and she had my room prepped and ready for me. This is one of these experiences in which you should not judge the process, but the results. The results ARE AMAZING! I went in with very dry and red skin. I walked out with baby skin that was just about near perfection. The treatment came with a lot of massaging which I was pleasantly surprised with. If you want results this is the place. (I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment. As per Jenny, I should have a common sense to show up 15 mins before appointment time even though I wasn't informed about arriving early or else, appt that was anyway scheduled incorrectly by 15 mins sooner, from what I was notified.
