I recently booked the SBV Custom Facial at Skins Beauty Vault in Downey, and I can confidently say…read moreit was one of the best skincare experiences I've had, all thanks to Felissha. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calming, and very welcoming. It's not a huge, flashy spa, which I actually loved because it made the whole experience feel more personal and one on one. Felissha made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to really understand my skin concerns. The facial itself was incredibly thorough. It started with a deep cleanse and exfoliation, followed by extractions that Felissha did so carefully and more comfortably than I expected. What stood out the most was how customized everything felt. Nothing seemed rushed or generic. She really paid attention to what my skin needed and adjusted the treatment accordingly. The mask and finishing steps left my skin feeling hydrated, smooth, and noticeably brighter. I walked out with that clean, healthy glow, not just temporary shine, but skin that actually felt refreshed and balanced. Another thing I really appreciated was how knowledgeable Felissha is. She gave me helpful tips on how to take care of my skin between appointments, which made the experience feel even more worth it. Overall, if you're looking for a facial that delivers real results and not just relaxation, I highly recommend the SBV Custom Facial with Felissha. It's perfect for anyone dealing with breakouts, texture, or just wanting to improve their skin over time. I will definitely be coming back. P.S The next Day my skin felt amazing!

You want to talk about poor customer service? This place takes the cake…read more The condescending and rude attitude of the employees is unmatched. We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

The office is impeccably maintained, beautifully appointed, and immediately instills a sense of comfort and confidence. I had a facial with Itzel, and it was among the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I've experienced. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, taking the time to thoughtfully assess my skin and customize the treatment to its specific needs, without resorting to unnecessary or pushy upselling. My complexion felt deeply refreshed, radiant, and noticeably healthier afterward. I also received Botox from Angie, whose expertise, precision, and artistic eye inspired complete confidence. She listened carefully to my goals, explained every step of the process, and achieved beautifully natural results, softening fine lines while preserving expression and balance. Her technical skill and aesthetic judgment are noticeably outstanding. What truly distinguishes True Bella Medical Esthetics is its unwavering commitment to personalized care, clinical excellence, and genuine patient satisfaction. Every interaction reflected respectful professionalism, kindness, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. After investing considerable time and money at numerous medical spas throughout LA & OC, discovering True Bella was genuinely refreshing. I must admit, it was the best decision ever! I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy. It was a 10/10! With the hours I work and the lack of sleep and nutrients this was an additional booster I needed. I felt energized and felt like it completed my day!

Think carefully before bringing your child here for acne treatment, no matter how many positive…read morereviews you read--that was the mistake I made with my daughter. Their approach might help someone with the occasional pimple or mild acne, but they treat every case the same, regardless of severity. I paid $250 to start treatment and $57 per visit, only to find out later that my daughter actually needed antibiotics, something they don't provide. I wish I had asked more questions and researched their methods better beforehand. The staff working with patients are not licensed estheticians--they're just trained employees. One of them aggressively attempted to extract my daughter's acne, leaving her with scarring. I deeply regret bringing her here and wasting that money. Please take your child to a licensed dermatologist--someone qualified and properly trained to treat skin conditions safely.

During my first appointment, I waited and knocked but got no response. When I called, the therapist realized she had forgotten to schedule me. She felt bad and arrived 20 minutes later, offering a complimentary 30-minute massage. It was decent for 20 minutes, but the last 10 were spent trying to put on my faja, which was quite amusing. On the second day, I had to inform her about the pain I was experiencing since she was only focusing on my stomach. She suggested I keep my drains until Monday, but I left feeling pain and without any relief, missing that 'ahhh' feeling. My husband, hearing my discomfort, found Downey Skin & Body Therapy Clinic, which was open on the weekend. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by what I encountered--WOW, it was incredibly relaxing, and the comprehensive session was out of this world. She also recommended removing my drains to prevent any complications. Additionally, I got my stage 2 faja, which I didn't even know I needed. I left feeling relieved--no more drains and a significant improvement. I've just scheduled my next appointment. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend this place; Lizet, you're amazing!
