I booked with Randi, due to a recommendation, about a week prior to my appointment. The day before (Friday), I get a confirmation text, which I confirmed my appointment. The morning of my appointment (Saturday), I get asked if I can move my appointment to the day after (Sunday) or to a later time today. I let them know my availability, and we settled on Sunday. I then got a confirmation text and it was with a different stylist. I immediately texted them back asking why it wasn't with the same stylist. They advised me that Randi didn't work weekends... yet I had originally booked with her on a Saturday. I told them to just cancel my appointment due to 1) last minute changes on the morning of my appointment despite me confirming the night before and scheduling a week in advance, 2) scheduling me with a different stylist without letting me know, 3) no apology whatsoever for the lack of transparency and poor communication - even when I called them out for this. Just all around poor customer service that left a very bad taste in my mouth. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that they at least refunded my deposit.
