I was a little frustrated with finding the location. However, once able to contact the service to locate its facility, I was able to find it. Tucked away, the technician met me at the receptionist station. The tint technician was polite, quiet, rather attractive & tall. He also had long dreadlocks which are a weakness. Anyhow, the tech verified what needed done, the tint percentages & then took my car for servicing. It was within the hour so I walked to 7/11. Unbeknownst to me, I inadvertently met another " detail technician" working on my car at the store register. This individual was also tall, dark & handsome. I was simply overwhelmed. The technician offered to detail my car. I share with the tech they were already completing the tint service. I relayed to the technician of definitely making a future appointment. Nonetheless, I got my car completed in less than (2) hours. I stayed to wait for the car in a pleasant waiting section located next door. The receptionist was great. Afterwards, I contacted Hot Tint in May 2022. They responded to me that day and told me to stop by the shop. I made an appointment for later that week. When I arrived, I asked them to install the unit and a backup camera. I can't recall how much time it took but it was done in a reasonable amount of time and I'm happy with their service. I called a few other shops around this time. A couple had other projects and couldn't get to me for a few months. A couple of others didn't want to touch the van because of its age, manufactured in 1989. Hot Tint was straight-forward. They said let them see what I have and they'll let me know if they could use what I had or needed something else. I appreciate that approach. I did have a couple of problems but they were responsive. While driving home, my radio rebooted twice. The cable came loose so they told me to return to the shop so that they could fix it. The second is my clock resets to 12:00 every time the vehicle is restarted. They told me to bring it by so that they can fix it but I haven't. I'm rarely on the screen to see the time and just had other priorities. I mention these items to show that they were responsive and willing to troubleshoot the problem. I rate them high also because there are many mechanics and technicians who can work on a classic vehicle but refuse to do so. There are a handful like Hot Tint that jumps right in and do the job. I'm finally ready to add an amp and subwoofer so I will be contacting them again soon.

It's $280 if you don't want the front windshield done. Speaking of which, the darkest they'll do for windshield is 45%. For no ceramic I believe it's $180 for five windows, addition $100 for the windshield which is always going to be ceramic regardless of if the rest of the car is ceramic. Not hard to find, wasn't too sure on where to park when I got there. If you knock, I don't believe anyone will answer lol so just walk right in. Okay this is not the place you'll receive the friendliest customer service. They're not mean or rude. Just not the most welcoming. But it's cool I'm here for tints not to make BFFs. I was told three hours but they actually got it done in half the time because an additional associate came in to help at the end of the day so that was great. No one wore mask and there's no waiting area so just keep that in mind. I knew I would be in and out and didn't plan on staying to wait so I was cool. Overall nice job. Tints are still "drying" which they said takes 2-3 weeks. There's a small bubble at the top of my front windshield but it's gradually gone down. They said they'd fix anything if it didn't completely go away at the end of the drying period. They also offer $20 lifetime warranty if you do anything to mess up your tints like scratch it or if your ring hits it.

A few things I'd have done differently a year later... they recommended doing a finish on my side steps that's similar to bedliner spray for durability, but it faded and is now gray instead of black. Also I'd have had them completely replace the door handles instead of wrap them. The wrap on door handles tends to degrade over time. They're fine now but I'm seeing the signs of wear and expect I'll have to replace the handles at some point. Kunza was probably the best priced compared to competitors and he did a really great job with my truck. The tint was amazing, and all of the paint details transformed my truck into what I always wanted.
