Today we got the beer my husband and I love. It's from Spain. Estrella is the name ... you won't find it in regular markets. Friendly employees ready to help. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has been disappointing. During my visit this afternoon, I needed help finding a few items. Staff simply pointed me toward an aisle, but the products weren't there. There wasn't much effort to assist further or help locate them, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The selection is still excellent, and I'll continue shopping here because of the convenience. However, I'll likely stick to online ordering with curbside pickup since it's a much smoother experience than shopping in-store.

I just wasn't in the mood to pick up dinner and I had Red Dragon's flyer so thought I'd give it a try. Not bad! They're not cheap; I ordered a large soup and 3 entrees and the bill came out to $55, but the portions were large and the food was delicious. They have a "diet" menu which offers assorted steamed vegetables and meats with sauces on the side. I had the spicy sauce with my steamed order. It was absolutely delicious. Word of warning, though: it's very oily so if you want a lean meal, pass the sauce entirely or use sparingly. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and will order from this restaurant again.

I want to formally recognize your employee, M. Sammie, for delivering truly exceptional customer…read moreservice. My family and I stopped by to pick up a plant, and while we were checking out, she began talking with my daughter. My daughter mentioned she was excited because her birthday is tomorrow -- she's turning six. What M. Sammie did next was one of the most thoughtful and beautiful gestures I've ever seen from any customer service professional. She surprised my daughter with a bouquet of flowers. That moment made my daughter's entire day, and it meant a lot to our whole family. This is what top‑tier customer service looks like -- genuine kindness, connection, and going above and beyond without being asked. Employees like M. Sammie deserve recognition, appreciation, and honestly, a raise. She represented Trader Joe's with excellence, heart, and true care for customers. We are extremely grateful for her thoughtful service.
