Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has been disappointing. During my visit this afternoon, I needed help finding a few items. Staff simply pointed me toward an aisle, but the products weren't there. There wasn't much effort to assist further or help locate them, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The selection is still excellent, and I'll continue shopping here because of the convenience. However, I'll likely stick to online ordering with curbside pickup since it's a much smoother experience than shopping in-store.

They really fixed the store up nicely. They have even helped me get my bags to my car. store has gone through several owners since Mike couldn't afford it anymore. The owner of the Ambulance Company owns the property and puts so many restrictions on these owners I feel bad for the. He already turned the old Sizzler into an eyesore. He also made it unaffordable for the other businesses next to Supreme Liquor. He won't even allow food trucks or food vendor. I will continue to support this business because I believe in supporting small neighborhood businesses. I read some not so good reviews but I think it's clear if you know the whole story. If it's so expensive to run your business you prices will be higher. I have called the store several times and have never had a problem. I wish the property owner would bring some business back to that area. It would be nice to have a restaurant back and some little shops next to Supreme. I say let's help them out after all it will improve our neighborhood and provide a quick stop instead of giving our money to bigger businesse. Support Lake Balboa and Supreme Liquor.

My family and I stopped by to pick up a plant, and while we were checking out, she began talking with my daughter. My daughter mentioned she was excited because her birthday is tomorrow -- she's turning six. What M. Sammie did next was one of the most thoughtful and beautiful gestures I've ever seen from any customer service professional. She surprised my daughter with a bouquet of flowers. That moment made my daughter's entire day, and it meant a lot to our whole family. This is what top‑tier customer service looks like -- genuine kindness, connection, and going above and beyond without being asked. Employees like M. Sammie deserve recognition, appreciation, and honestly, a raise. She represented Trader Joe's with excellence, heart, and true care for customers. We are extremely grateful for her thoughtful service.
