A friend of mine came in town from Out of state specifically to purchase a vehicle from this dealership because he had previously worked with the Finance manager. Upon arrival the finance manager had plans to have speakers put in his personal vehicle even though my friend had contacted and arranged a meeting with him prior to going to the dealership. I know the Finance manager does not follow through on sales so he did turn over my friend to a sales rep. The dealership began to force this "one"vehicle on my friend and basically told him this is all you qualified for and the only car we have for you. I feel they took advantage of him because he is older and was in a situation where he had to make a decision that day and his funds were limited. The original salesman who was supposed to help, was not there so he was turned over to yet another person. The car is very small and this "older" person does not feel safe or happy with this vehicle at all. Upon delivery the car was "supposedly" cleaned however; we have found left over food between the seats, no floor mat on the drivers side but floor mats on the passenger side and in the back. This is just not what was expected and not how a person should be treated while purchasing a vehicle. I brought my truck in for a routine oil change, and they had the nerve to suggest rotating the tires and alignment (I paid $180). Lo and behold, after the service, my car's steering wheel started shaking uncontrollably. I returned to the shop, only to be told that I needed to fork over $200 to correct their error. Hello everyone, I'm not sure how others feel, however I had an incredibly horrible experience with this dealership. I want to express my feelings because I felt like I got scammed and they didn't try to do what was right. I'll try to keep this review short and simple. 1st visit: I came to this dealership back in June for a stalling issue I had with my F150. I would've tried to look at it myself, but I didn't have time back then so I said why not. After I left it at the dealership for almost a week due to the high volume of work, the service advisor called me and told me what was wrong and quoted me $930 as you see in the first photo. I asked him specifically if I paid that amount, WILL IT FIX THE ISSUE. He said yes and to my surprise, the truck stalled on me 5 minutes down the road after I picked it up. 2nd visit: After coming back, he assured me he'd refund the money, but didn't. Later quoted me an extra couple of hundred bucks for some other parts as you see in the third photo. I purchased a used truck warranty, so it covered for that $552 amount. I'm incredibly mad that not only I paid almost $1000 for things that DIDN'T fix my problem, but I should've ONLY spent $100 for the deductible that could've covered the entire repair. Extra bonus: I've left MULTIPLE voicemails over the span of TWO MONTHS to receive the second repair order (third photo). Never got any calls back until a couple weeks ago from someone that said would take care of it for me. Never did. So, I personally came yesterday to grab it. So from Jun 29, until August 24th, that I waited for this sheet and get a word back from the advisor. Overall: I will definitely not be back, and I hope you all be cautious of what you get quoted on. I went to Supreme Ford today to purchase a used truck. The sales people were very friendly and seemed responsive. I asked about the tire pressure monitor displaying an error on the truck I wanted and was told that tire pressure monitors (TPMS) don't work with oversize tires (I verified this was a lie when I got home). I can overlook that mistruth because the sales lady asked someone else and may have gotten a technically incorrect answer. Anyway, I went home and was asked to come back the next day. I was offered $2000 for my BMW but I wanted $9000. The car may only be worth that little but I was able to talk them up to $3000. So far I wasn't unhappy and didn't feel I was treated unfairly until I met the finance guy. Now I know the finance guy is the highest paid salesman at any car dealership, and I knew he would try to add an extended warranty, acid etched VIN# on windows and other unsolicited items to the purchase price. That's his job to maximize margins on sales and I am aware of this practice, so I usually reject add-ons. What started to get me upset was the condescension from this kid in his early 30s. I told him I didn't want the add-ons and was using a Hewlett Packard 17bII+ financial calculator to determine payments without the add-ons; the same calculator I used when I worked on my MBA. He had the nerve to tell me to stop playing with my calculator and listen to him speak (he literally said that). I don't believe he gave me correct numbers because the numbers didn't match. He said your little calculator isn't working correctly (I guess he thought he was in charge of how I spend my money). It's not that I didn't want to hear what he had to say, I needed to know numbers so I could make a decision on what he already said and make sure I'm not cheated. He did try to come up with numbers that would be acceptable for both if us, but I think we were too far apart and I decided not to buy the truck. As he walked me up to the front to get my keys back, he told the sales lady that "He's not getting the truck because it's too much truck for him". What an arrogant, condescending tool! I'm not writing this review because of "sour grapes". I'm writing this review because when a customer is maintaining control of how their money is being spent, the people at Supreme Ford will condescend to distract you from detecting that they are selling you fees, services and parts that you didn't ask for (sneak it under the radar). So if you want to be belittled and spoken down to by an arrogant youngster, while you spend YOUR money, this is place to go to buy your next vehicle! I won't be going back. read more

I had an appointment with Drew to refinance my car on Friday, November 22nd, 2024 at 10:00am. When I arrived I checked in with the receptionist and she tried to call Drew several times to inform him that I was there. He never picked up only to find out he was already in the building. Once he acknowledged me he said that he was helping another customer (which I understood) and he was unable to help me. There was another sales associate walking by and asked him to help me but just kept walking. Then finally Drew asked another sales associate to help me.....the poor associate looked like a deer in the headlight not knowing what he was talking about and Drew told him it was simply a refinance. Again prior to my appointment I had given Drew all the necessay information to save time. When I was redirected to the 3 person he indicated we needed to start from the beginning since he knew nothing about it. Drew definately dropped the ball not only on me but his co workers as well. This is truly poor customer service. I left once I was told I would have to start from the beginning as obviously Drew had no respect for myself or my time. read more

This is a classic, old fashioned scam the customer dealership. The kind that give used car dealers a bad name. I purchased a car there. Highlights: -- make us wait an hour while a shill looked at the truck we were interested in and pressured to buy it before she did -- waited 90 minutes for the truck to supposedly be detailed. As soon as it rained it looked like a zebra---that truck hadn't ever been detailed. -- wiper not properly installed flew off mid road trip -- lucky to find an open store within a few miles or else we'd have had to get a hotel -- $500 wheel bearing failed a few weeks later. -- multiple emails and calls to explain this horrible experience, to multiple people including sales manger---no response at all. Just watched a video where someones truck had broke down and they were pulling an enclosed care trailer. The dealer wouldnt give a loaner and would not let them put their trailer on the lot. After only about an hour they came out and ask when they were gonna move the trailer in front of the dealership. This person was from Florida had just broken down and they had the nerve to ask when he was gonna move. Terrible Customer Service willing to help nobody in the worst situation possible. They don't care about helping you get warranties

I have tried since September 26 to get the service for my car. Parts and labor under warranty with Ford. This will be the THIRD time the parts failed. Mr. Grey intervened and had the service manager call me. I told him they have the parts in stock. He is aware this is the third time. He gave me his personal office phone. I have left 4 messages NO RETURN CALL. The ignition switch and lock Assembly- was replaced twice. The car is difficult to start and it can stop abruptly on the highway or city street and cause a serious accident or worse. The now manager McDow was the service manager the first two times the service department serviced my car. He is now the service manager and has ignored my calls. BEWARE of this dealership. The first visit with this problem Mc Dow tried to charge me $348 for labor. I refused to pay. He had the audacity to tell me my car has been there since 7am and it's now after 10;30 am. I replied it was here from 7 am to 9:53 am sitting in front of your glass was opposite the service employees for almost 3 hours. I took a photo of the car finally being taken into service at 9:53am. Returned at 10:34;am NOT THREE HOURS BUT ONLY .38 minutes of LABOR. Be careful of this dealership. The president of the company and their executives are obiously controlling google reviews. How could a dealership has such poor Yelp rating but be nearly 5 stars on google. The Service managers all need to get a lesson in Customer Service. You do not dismiss a customers bad luck with a product they sell and attempt to dismiss the situation. The Superduty are tow vehicles and the likely hood of a trailer being behind one of those vehicles is very high and to be so flippant to the customer is not called for and worthy of this type of rating. read more

PISS POOR MANAGERS!!! I mailed and verified a vehicle on the lot that I was interested in buying. Did receive a call the following day to set up time to come in and drive the vehicle. The next morning the sales person texted to verify me coming in that evening. I confirmed my appointment and at that time started the negotiations. Sales person stated they would bring it to the manager and get back with me. After a couple hours the sales person called me to inform me that the sales manager sent the truck to auction and if it didn't sell for 58k then they would sell it to me for the 55k I offered. I received a call at 12:09 pm to let me know the truck didn't sell at auction and the truck would be back on the lot for me to come purchase this evening. I agreed to the price and confirmed my arrival this evening. At 12:35pm I received another call and was informed that the truck sold for 59k. Make your own call on if these are the types of people you want to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Guess I'm just old school when I give someone my word I still do what I say I will do. Guess for Supreme Ford in Slidell it more about making a dollar than gaining a long time customer. And yes I have all the text messages to back up my review. Read the reviews and make your own call. We were visiting New Orleans when our truck died on a Saturday night. It was a starter motor.I called several dealers in the area on Monday morning, but no one would even look at it until Wednesday ... except for Supreme Ford. Quentin in the service department promised to look at it as soon as the tow truck arrived at his facility, but wisely couldn't promise the repair time until the problem was diagnosed. It turns out that he moved his organization to over-deliver and we had our truck back by end-of-day! He was sympathetic to our being out-of-town, kept us updated throughout the day, expedited our repair, and his crew installed a new starter (plus taking care of a recall fix) by late afternoon that same day! He made what could have been a horrible situation into one in which we tourists were able to continue our journey with only one day lost. When I thanked him profusely, he pointed to his technicians and said that they were the real heroes. And on top of it all, he gave us a great recommendation for a place for dinner! :-). Supreme Ford and its service representative, Quentin, did wonderfully by us! If I could give 6 stars, I would do so. read more

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Purchased a vehicle and it started making a weird noise within a week. I brought it in and to be checked out and they said they ordered a part. A month later and numerous phone calls they have yet to inform in within the slightest details of where or how much longer this part will take. I have walked in, watched them slap a sticky note to the guys computer only for him never to call me. I have had a long conversation with someone in the parts department about where the part may be, was given no response either. I had an issue with my air conditioner and the car is still covered under warranty. I made an appointment 3 days in advance letting them know the issue ahead of time. I went drop off the vehicle today after arranging a ride home. When I got to the service department the front desk person asked if I could leave it for a couple of days to which I said that is fine and asked if he thought it would be done by Wednesday (6 days away) as I had an appointment that day and would not be able to arrange a ride. He stated that they would likely not even be able to look at it by then and that they had a lot of people in front of me (which is fine, first come first server). I asked if I could just make another appointment and bring it by when they had time to actually look at it. The answer was no. I have to leave my car there for whole week to just sit there and not even be looked at. I'm not sure they know how appointments work. Seemed crazy to me that they are asking people to leave their cars knowing they can not even look at them for an entire week. Why not make appointments for people when they can actually look at the vehicle. I understand that parts and diagnotics may take a few days but to have someone leave there car to wait in line for a week is a bit much. I contacted the manger thinking there must be a mistake he stated if was a Ford policy and that I would have to leave my car there and that I was lucky as every other Ford deanship is over a month wait. I called another for Dealership in the area and they laughed at this. Told me they would make an appointment next Monday (3 days) and that they would be able to begin diagnostics and the work as soon as I dropped it off (like every other auto shop in history). What a joke - if I could leave a zero star review, I would. My first thought was "why does every employee look unhappy?." Now I know why. I came in to check out a used car that's been sitting on their lot for two months. Cargurus.com rated it as a "fair deal"/$1,000 off Market Value. After test driving the car, they present me with the "deal," which wasn't a deal. They refused to take anything off the sticker price - noting their "internet pricing" was such a great deal (it's not). They also charged me about $500 for VIN etching, basically negating any invisible "internet pricing" deal. They couldn't figure out what model my car was, so naturally they assumed base model (it's not) and offered me the bottom of the barrel in trade-in. (i.e. my car should've been in the trade in range of 15.5 - 17.5k, they offered me 15.5k and were genuinely shocked that I expected a penny more). If you're going to stick with your already-unimpressive sticker price, I expect you to dazzle me with your trade-in offer, not dumbfound me with your stupidity. I told them calmly from the start that this deal wasn't going to work, but they refused to return my keys and registration, after I asked multiple times. By the time I walked out of the door, I was more than annoyed. There was a lot of talk going on - none of it about how they were going to try to get me a reasonable price on the car. I'll pose to you guys the same question I posed to them: without a penny off the sticker price and a terrible offer on my trade, what incentive do I have to do business with your dealer? I had been dealing with Nate off and on for 2 months. He knew that I had my identity stolen and was using the ACE credit program, no cosigner, and little money down. I was there July 6. He had set an appointment up pushed me off on another salesman. It took me an hour to drive 20 minutes because of storms. For the same results. Nothing had changed. Supreme Ford of Slidell - Miss Ally & Mr. David always do a great job! They even went above and beyond...they not only had a young man bring me to work but they had him pick me up so I didn't have to find a ride to pick up my car. Miss Ally also does a great job if you have issues with syncing your phone to your vehicle. One more thing, Miss Ally made sure I was signed for a rebate on the work that was done to my vehicle. The only thing that could be done better is to have lower prices on mechanical work and I know they don't have any control over the prices. read more

After mailing the letter, I received a call very quickly and was impressed that he had taken the time to research the details of my complaint and agreed with my assessment. I promptly received a full refund per my request in my complaint letter. New and used cars here. They will work with you if you like a vehicle on their lot ad even suggest an employee on a different lot if you want to look at other lots. That's helpful when car shopping. They are a dealership so you're going to pay more obviously. But they have a ton of rebates and incentives if you're looking to buy something off the lot that's brand new! read more

Recently moved here - have not had a lot of luck with dealership repairs in the past. I researched and researched - but could not find a close/highly rated diesel repair place. I brought my '08 F250 in with low power. It was showing fuel pump codes - which can run from $2000-$9000. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them - I was sure it was the low pressure fuel pump and because of possible contamination and maybe the high pressure fuel pump. All that was required was a software update and a remapping of pressure values. Very Nice! Everyone was friendly and professional and just as excited as I was that it software and not the HPFP. Couldn't stay to "make the deal", was contacted NUMEROUS times over the next several days thru email and phone calls. Finally tried to put together some preliminary numbers via phone. Well, once I gave the info on my trade....no more communication, nothing. I guess if you don't have the optimum deal for them to put together then the interest in trying to make a deal goes away. I've ALWAYS dealt with the Ford dealership in Gulfport, Butch Outstalet, and now I ALWAYS will! I've never had a Salesperson STOP talking to me because the numbers were not optimal, they have always just tried harder to make it work....OR maybe I was planning on putting 5k down on my Purchase....Guess they will never know because I wasn't asked. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and had a horrible experience. they did not repair what was needed, they did not tell me of other issues, they scratched my wheels which were black and used a sharpie to try and cover it up, and they left 4 bolts loose under the hood. The service department is worthless and unprofessional. A female service employee texted me instead of calling me with questions about my vehicle- very childish and unprofessional. I had to use upper management and finally corporate help to get the necessary service. I will never use this dealership again and will definitely go somewhere else. Unless you are buying a vehicle from them, they will treat you poorly. I do not recommend using this Ford dealership for any of your vehicle needs. read more

I was on an extended search for a new car when I decided to take a look at the Ford Focus ST. Supreme Ford had the car I wanted to drive, and brought in a Fiesta ST just in case I wanted to try it out as well. The salesperson and manager made me very comfortable trying out the two cars as much as I needed for me to be comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured to move forward with a purchase until I was ready. When I decided on the Fiesta ST, they worked to get a great deal for me on the financing, my trade-in, and any other details. I was very satisfied that I got the fairest deal on my new car. I am also very impressed with Ford autos overall. I LOVE my new, very sporty, tossable Fiesta ST. The Focus ST was very hard to pass up. There are many extras in the ST versions of these two cars that make them incredibly fun to drive and an incredible deal for the price. At this point, my Fiesta ST is my favorite car to date. I highly recommend taking a look at Ford, and doing it at Supreme Ford of Slidell! read more

My husband and I just went to Slidell Ford to look at a vehicle that he found online. We called first and they were very inviting. When we got there, they had the car pulled up front waiting for us. We were not trying to buy a car that day, however, after seeing the car ( was in excellent condition for a used car) and working with "Will" we decided to purchase the car. The financing took us about 3 hours, which was longer than normal, but it they were short staffed b/c it was a Saturday. Will made ever effort to make us comfortable during this time however. While we waited, we also compared rates with our bank and Slidell Ford was able to get us a better rate for the car, which really surprised us. Overall, a great experience and we plan to refer our friends b/c of the excellent customer service. read more
