The outlet had been…read morethere before the GFCI outlets were required and there was a short due to the tenant plugging their EV to charge during those heavy rains in November that caused the outlet to stop working and fried the tenant's charger. Fortunately there wasn't any electric fire or shorts at the house's electric panel. My brother put out a bid on Yelp to find a capable electrician who could replace it at a reasonable cost and we decided on taking a shot with J Powers Electric. They showed up at the time of the appointment which is a big plus in my book and they gave me an estimated time of completion barring any unforeseen complications. The current outlet was replaced with a brand new GFCI outlet with an in use weather cover and everything went smoothly and quickly. I'll definitely put J Powers Electric on my list of electricians to reach out to get bids for any other electric related needs I may have in the future.

They took down and replaced numerous chandeliers and lights. They removed fan lights and put in recessed lights in multiple rooms. Added dimmer switches all over the home. Very clean and competitively priced work. He even hardwired the Grizzl-E at no extra charge. We also had him run an internet cable through conduit and bury it in the same trench. Once both runs were hooked up, Cesar made sure charging was at full power and internet was back up at full steam. Thoughtful, thorough, and super mellow and pleasant to be around.
