Thanks for said in 30seg "we work the way we do; not your way, you schedule and appointment bring your car towed and we get you a estimate" then you can said to the customer 3000 and the customer needs to leave the car there... smart way to make money but it's not me read more

If you look up great customer service in the dictionary, you'll find a photo of Sam from supreme auto. I took my car in after someone kicked it and merged into me and it's a recommended shop from state farm. And let me tell you, there's a good reason they're recommended. Sam started off by popping open my door so I can get in because the person that kicked it bent it so I couldn't get in my car. And the service from the estimate to getting my car back was top notch. I will definitely recommend supreme auto to anyone that is in need of a body shop. Thanks again guys. read more

Great service, very professional; would not hesitate to recommend them or to return to them. Dan Davis read more

State Farm recommended them. Sam and Vince were wonderful to work with and very accommodating of my crazy work schedule. They kept me informed every step of the way, including dealing with State Farm. The car was ready before they estimated. They cleaned the inside even though the car was only in for bumper/tire damage and they kept it inside their garage after washing it because it was so cold outside! You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. read more

Had to bring my car here twice for two separate accidents and both times had my car done before they promised it would be done. Went through my insurance company and Supreme were referred by State Farm. Sam was super professional and helpful. They clean the outside of my car before they hand it back to me so super nice!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this joint! read more

My car had front end body damage and i had several choices of repair shops. After reading reviews, Supreme Auto had the best reviews. I now know why. Sam and Vince kept me informed on parts and repairs. They told me it would take about 6-7 days for the repair. However, it was done in five days. The repair work was outstanding. My car looks like brand new. If you need auto body work, go here. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Supreme Auto stands behind their work with a warranty. I highly recommend Supreme Auto. I contacted Supreme Auto based on a recommendation from State Farm about repairing the damage to my 2020 Honda Civic Sport. I am very particular about my car and was hesitant to try a new body shop. Overall reviews looked good. I spoke to Sam, the owner and an ultimate professional. Sam stayed in touch almost daily with insurance and repair updates. He promised the car would be beautiful once the repair was complete. I am thrilled with the results; the body work is flawless, it was completed on time, and the car is spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Supreme Auto to anyone looking for a body shop that excels in both quality and customer service. Thank you and your team, Sam! Laurie R. / Oak Park, IL read more

My car went in with a broken bumper which was properly and quickly replaced. I was constantly updated with the status of my car and the car parts. Aside from fixing up my bumper perfectly, they even gave my car a nice wash before handing it back to me! Incredible place for vehicle care. read more

Stay Away!!!! This shop is full of crap & so is State Farm! Straight to the point, I was involved in an accident with a State Farm customer and they were liable for the accident. State Farm recommended their "Select Service" repair shops which I expected to be high quality shops. I chose this shop & dropped off my vehicle for repair. I go pickup the car a week later when I'm told it's been repaired and I noticed my car had the wrong bumper installed. My original had fog lamps, this one did not. I complained to shop owner(Sam) & was told, "Fine I will install the original bumper but your vehicle will not look as nice as it looks now!" What did that mean?? I took it as a threat & complained to State Farm. I was advised to pay the shop with the estimate check & take my vehicle to shop of my choice. I took it to another shop near me, which also happens to be a "Select Service" shop and was not offered, only to be informed by State Farm that they are not willing to pay another shop for repairs, that I would have to take it back to the original shop for warranty. Didn't they listen when I said I felt threatened by the original shop and that's why I took my car out of there?? This is supposed to be a State Farm approved shop! If I didnt have this nice set of peepers, I would have never realized it was the wrong bumper & they would have gotten away with it. Apparently State Farm deals with shady shops(see my review for Contempo Auto Rebuilders). Who knows how many people they have ripped off this way. Nonetheless, never going to this shop again and State Farm..I will see you in court! read more

This place is great. I was rear-ended and the insurance recommended this place. It was close to home so I decided to try it. Thank goodness I did! Starting with how polite Sam and Vince were on the phone. They called quickly after the insurance sent the claim over. They explained the process, made sure I knew to order a rental immediately, and the car was ready quicker than I thought. When I picked it up, it was even cleaned! Bonus!! I would recommend taking your car here to get fix any day. read more

Where do i start . I was refered to this shop by statefarm as a in network shop, it was not my first choice to repair my car. they are very close to my house and seemed to have good reviews so i rolled the dice BIG MISTAKE. I took my car over and let the owner Sam and his partner Vince look at it and they were able to get my car in to their shop in two weeks. I take my car in and a week later it was done GREAT i thought. The day i pick my car up it was raining so it was hard to see the work and i didnt get a chance to wash it till the weekend cause it rained a few more days. I wash it and noticed it just didnt look right. Another week goes by and i give it a good wash and it looked really bad it had what is known in the autobody world as ORANGE PEEL which means they never wet sanded my car and polished it. THAT IS AUTOBODY 101. I take my car back and Sam tells me they made a mistake and will WORK WITH ME, his famous line. A week later i take my car back so they can wet sand and polish it and i had my girlfriend pick my car up cause i was at work and would not have made it there by 5pm/ thats when they close. She picks the car up and goes start home which we live 4 minutes away and parks it in the garage, i get home a hour later and look at it and again they did a horrible job the car still had ORANGE PEEL . The next day i take it back and show Sam who said HE looked the car over himself. UM he might need glasses cause Stevie Wonder could see this. AGAIN THE FAMOUS WORDS FROM SAM THEY WILL WORK WITH ME. A few days later i got off of work early and stopped there so they can see the damage better and Sam said some of the scratchs that were there were not there when my car was returned. I told him if they could not do the work right i would take it somewhere else, SAM the owner gets pissed and tells me to do just that. I get into my car and dont say a word cause i am trying my best to keep my cool. He tells me so your just going to leave remember that. I leave get home cool off and call the shop, Vince answered the phone and tells me they dont need to speak to me anymore and they will call Statefarm and HANGS UP ON ME. Great service especially since that was the second time they could not fix the car right. Needless to say i called Statefarm and had to take my car to another shop. A Statefarm Rep came to see my car a few days later and the car has to be COMPLETELY REDONE. (STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP OR YOU MIGHT HEAR THE FAMOUS WORDS WE WILL WORK WITH YOU) read more

I had a minor fender bender and found Supreme Auto through my insurance company. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job with repairing my front bumper. The car even came back clean! After I left, I noticed the piece covering the tow access cover was gone. I called them back and they said they would order the piece and install it at no charge to me, which they did. I truly appreciate that; they didn't have to do it. It's rare to have customer service that goes above and beyond these days and I'm always grateful to receive it when I do. Thank you! read more

Supreme Auto is the best! I have had work done by some terrible, dishonest mechanics in the past, and hooking up with the guys at Supreme was a breath of fresh air. I have been using them for over ten years now at the recommendation of a friend, and now several other family members and friends also go to Supreme. They are extremely honest guys, and I would not go anywhere else. I have never had to go back after a repair, and I do not hesitate to recommend them highly. Additionally, if you have a car in need of a lot of work but don't have the budget for everything all at once, they will work with you to help you prioritize any needed repairs based on safety and necessity. Ask for Sam - he will get you in and help you out! read more

Someone backed into our car and had dented the door pretty good. Sam and team were great! Quick service and even washed the car for us. We did find a small kink with the window but Sam had us back right away and fixed it really quickly! Staff is super friendly too. I went to this location and had the best customer service by Sam. He was very friendly on phone and even better in person. If you have the misfortune of getting in an accident, please do yourself a favor and have the fortune of brining your car here!! I've had 3 accidents (not my fault BTW, I'm a great driver!) and have always brought my car here. They're recommended by State Farm, and for good reason. Sam does the intake, has been there for 30+ years and is friendly, helpful, responsive and just awesome. Communication is A+, convenience is superb. The work is complete and prompt, and they go above and beyond - even cleaning my car INSIDE AND OUT! I kid you not when I tell you I have the ultimate mom car - cheerios, extra socks, random toys littered around...and my car came back not only with a brand new bumper but looking sparkling "brand new" clean from top to bottom!! I think cleaning my car probably took longer than fixing it, but they treat it like their own and do top-notch service. Thank you, and I hope I never need you again, but if I do I know where to find you! :) read more

My mom and I have taken our cars to Sam for years and the service has always been exceptional. The shop is family owned and you can trust the work they do. Sam very clearly explains what and why repairs need to be done and gives you an estimate that's usually pretty close to the final price you'll need to pay. He saved me $2000-$4000 last winter when my transfer case broke and he pushed me to check with the dealer to make sure it wasn't covered by warranty prior to their shop looking at it. It was covered and I didn't end up having to pay. That said, this winter it died again and I took it to Sam for repairs as I knew for sure it wasn't covered under warranty. I trust their repairs more than the dealer so I know this latest fix will last until I trade in the car. If I ever need a big repair done I will always take it to Supreme even though I live out near the Wisconsin border right now. If you want a trust worthy mechanic and piece of mind take your car here. read more

I recently had some bumper work done and I couldnt be happier with their service. First off, the front person Sam, couldnt be nicer and more helpful. He is awesome. Not just that, they helped me with the pickup and drop-off of the car rental. I cant remember the last time I have had car issues resolved as efficiently and with as much professionalism as I have had with Supreme. I would definitely recommend Supreme to my friends. read more

Sam and his team are amazing and so very helpful. When I had a run in with a terrible insurance company Sam dealt with them handily. Then when they still failed he did all of the work so that my insurance company (State Farm) could have the work taken care of quickly and well. We've been going to Supreme Auto for years and he has continued to earn our trust and gratitude. read more

I went to Sam to get an oil change on a recommendation from a friend and I'm really glad I did. Other places have tried to scare me into buying things I knew I didn't need and Sam just did his job without asking any questions or trying to sell me on any additional services (that's pretty much unheard of). While I was waiting I overheard him working with other customers and he was just as honest with them on what they were looking to have done. Highly recommend this place!! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Supreme Auto. My insurance sent me there to get my car fixed after a car accident. The owner was wonderful and patient with me.
