Each meal prep container has their "best by" date along with nutritional facts and cooking instructions. I ordered the BBQ cheddar burger which was bun less and sat atop a bed of sauteed vegetables. They truly are delicious and fresh but I have two days left and a fair amount of meals still. If they offer a smaller diabetic weekly meal, I would definitely jump on it.

The produce is so good and this place used to be my go to for fresh guac when I didn't feel like making it myself. The person working the shop was friendly and courteous. I purchased cubs gummies for sleeping, protein powder and a slice of keto gooey butter cake made in house. WOW! the gooey butter cake blew my mind. It was rich and decadent made with almond flour base, monk fruit and other healthy no sugar low carb ingredients, and the texture and presentation of the cake was just a great! Of course after ordering the cake I also felt the need to purchase a cup of coffee. I tried sprouted coffee for the first time, and added 0 sugar caramel and unsweetened oat milk to top it off! It was a great cup of coffee. I am so excited to have found this shop. They carry many items I typically order online and have to pay shipping for or wait for. I much rather patronize my local businesses. If you love eating healthy, low carb or sugar free food this is a must try! It sits on the border of Ballwin and Manchester, making it a perfect spot for those living in the area. It'll surely make our *monthly* shopping rotation - probably not weekly because it's a bit on the pricy side. I'm giving 4 stars for two reasons: The first being that a few items were nearing their expiration date (Lunch meats packed on 8/11 was still there on 8/16). The second was that our cashier was PUZZLED. Very friendly gal, but she couldn't scan maybe 1/6 of our items and nobody would assist her. Staff members were just standing around but not helping. We just told her not to worry about those items. Overall, a good store, but needs more (helpful) employees.

All the prices are a lot, so definitely keep that in mind. We went to go, fill up our spice containers to try to reduce our waste and use it. It did end up being a lot more costly, or than what I was expecting. I'm not sure if it was because of what I got or the size but I got five spices filled and it cost about $35. They do have different cells inside which is nice. You can always look around and see what sale interest you. The workers are also extremely nice and informative. Highly suggest checking this location out.

And just the right amount to fill me up but not too much....I loved that they had brussel sprouts (love them!!) and squash...now, the bulk mixture I got with Brussels... I didn't like. The taste was a little weird... I believe it was roasted red peppers, brussel sprouts, and like pickled onions....I was hoping I would have liked that more..... but!
