Unethical business practices! My mom bought my sisters and me each a gift certificate for a facial as a Xmas present before she died in the fall of 2019. Then Covid hit and the business was closed for a year. Last year I still didnt feel comfortable enough to be in such close proximity to someone leaning over my face so I waited until now to redeem my certificate. The owner said her rates have gone up to $150 and that I would have to pay the extra to cover the increase which in my opinion is unethical. She couldn't even tell me how much my mom paid for my certificate but my sisters and I thought $100. She made a big deal about it and said it would take her a long time to find the price! Then she said she isn't even taking new clients ! I asked for the $100 back and she wouldn't give it to me . She said "I'm too old to argue and don't feel I have to explain my price increase. I stand by my pricing". She had no options for me to resolve the situation and by then her attitude was so toxic I just left and lost the gift my mother offered me. Very disappointing experience. Lousy attitude and no compassion. read more

This is the most magical, fragrant, enchanting, beautiful , place on earth! It feels especially like a secret hide away gem, because it is nestled back from the busy roads of Cape Cod And you know you're in for a treat as soon as you walk in. Kelly greets you so wonderfully at the front desk, , and Allison, the gorgeous owner, starts performing her magic! I have never had a better facial in my life! Seriously my face looks 10 years younger, and my whole body feels like I got a massage! Every single potion she massaged in to my face smelled incredible and felt amazing! I would book something with her immediately as she gets very busy for the summer! I received this as a wonderful gift, and I am so very grateful and happy!!! What a lovely experience! read more

Had my first facial with Kelly and left feeling like a new person. The questionnaire before my treatment helped to address my specific concerns, and I appreciate the feedback that Kelly gave me about the products I'm using at home. I felt really pampered the whole time. Alison even had a cup of herbal tea waiting for me after my treatment. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I will absolutely book another appointment soon. read more

My husband, brother-in-law and son were going deep sea fishing, so I thought I'd treat myself to a facial. I found Supple Apothecary through Yelp and it didn't disappoint. Alison was there when I arrived, and ready for me. After filling out a brief survey about my skin care regimen, preferences and health issues, Alison gave me a wonderful facial. I had walked about a mile and a half to her spa (since the hubby had the car) and was really hot when I arrived at Supple. Upon realizing how uncomfortable the heat had made me, she turned up the air conditioning so that I had just a gentle warmth emanating from the heated spa bed. The treatment was very relaxing, and I truly enjoyed getting to know Alison. She is very personable, which lends itself to a relaxing experience for the customer. At the conclusion of the facial, she encouraged me to relax on the spa bed for as long as I'd like. Then she offered me water and showed me some of the products that might work well on my skin. I bought two products but never felt pressured to buy. My face felt and looked fantastic after the treatment. I will be sure to make a facial at Supple part of my annual trip to Orleans. Thanks, Alison! read more

I have continued to frequent Supple as often as I can for facials and for Alison's expert advice for skin care. In addition to the terrific services, it's a great place to find a lovely candle or scented lotion to give as a gift, or something to take home for yourself (as I often end up doing) Truly personalized customer service, which is a rarity these days! read more

Beautiful, peaceful and full of incredible products. Supple is a regular "go to" for my own skin care needs and for gifts for friends and family at any time of the year. Alison is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and has a fabulous eye for design. She has brought some of the West Coast glow back to the Cape and I am so grateful. Whether I'm shopping for someone else, or just taking a few minutes off in my day, I love dropping into this place. Inside and out it's beaming with great taste, good energy and amazing products. The vibe is genuine and laid-back. If I'd like to know more about something I simply ask. It's like having a knowledge button that goes to 11. Otherwise I feel like the space is mine to explore. Everything--from the service, products, ambience, aroma, signage you name it--is simply spot-on. The Cape is fortunate to have a business like this within easy reach. I woke up to glowing skin thanks to Allison. Allison is a magician! First let me say I have had many facials in my day. I had my first facial with Allison yesterday morning. First, scheduling is a challenge for me and she set up an appointment even before her shop opened. Very accommodating. Second, the moment you walk in you feel relaxed and calm. With the beautiful décor and Alison's amazing personality you know you are ready for a treat. Third, the facial was amazing. I can not put into words how relaxing and educational the service was all wrapped in one. I have already set up my next appointment. Allison used 'In Fiore' fleur vibrante facial oil on my skin. WOW. I left it on all day per her recommendation and I can not tell you how amazing my skin looks and feels. I did purchase a bottle for at home use as my skin is exposed to a lot of air travel. OMG...the smell of the product is amazing when you first put it on. Allison also helped me incorporate this new product into my current regime. Allison also sent me home with some Skinceuticals treats to try. She really knows skin!! My only regret is not visiting Supple sooner. read more

The owner of Supple Apothecary reached out to me after my experience by phone. She tried to rectify my experience by returning the payment and offering me an additional facial at no cost. She said that we could go through her products to determine which ones I was sensitive to. The steam with the ozone is definitely something I will never try again. For this, I think highly of her as a professional. I just wished we had discussed the process and products beforehand since this was my first facial; so I did not have to go through the experience I did. But, thank you, Alison for your efforts and professionalism. read more
