Think about all the minutes you've sat waiting in doctors' offices. I called their office to let them know I'd be late after hitting an unexpected detour (25 minutes into my 35 minute drive), and continued to drive as they kept me on hold. 8 minutes out from the office they told me she said she wouldn't see me. Total disregard for the hour+ of my day (which, as most people's are - was already tight with work and kids and all different moving parts) - and too many gas dollars wasted. A little understanding and treating your patients with care goes a long way. I'll be getting a referral for a new dermatologist, and I'm willing to wait however long it takes for an opening.

I'm really glad I was referred to this particular practice.

I recently had a consultation at Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery with Dr. Loffredo, and while I was…read moreinitially enthusiastic about the appointment, my experience was deeply disappointing. The administrative staff were warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, which made for a pleasant initial interaction. Unfortunately, my consultation with Dr. Loffredo did not meet professional expectations. During our brief interaction, approximately 10 minutes, he was dismissive and spoke over me throughout the conversation. Despite asking questions, he repeatedly interrupted my responses, which made it difficult to feel heard or respected as a patient. Additionally, the nurse present in the room demonstrated a similar lack of professionalism. As a nurse myself, I hold fellow healthcare professionals to a high standard, and I found the behavior of both Dr. Loffredo and his nurse to be discourteous and unprofessional. Following the appointment, Dr. Loffredo contacted me by phone and spoke in a manner I found abrupt and inappropriate. Given the nature of this experience, I would not return to this practice, regardless of cost. While I had heard positive things about Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery, I can only assume those reviews pertain to other providers within the practice!

Spaco seriously puts new meaning in the place you'd go versus the place you'd rather always go... the place you miss when you are out of town on vacation, one you'd mourn if you ever moved away from. This spot completely delivers in this category. The management made sure to spare no expense or detail in making the place super comfortable, beautiful and a place You'd want to return for any of the services they offer. They seriously thought of everything from the tiniest details in the powder room to the aesthetics of the rooms during procedures and waiting areas.
