The administrative staff were warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, which made for a pleasant initial interaction. Unfortunately, my consultation with Dr. Loffredo did not meet professional expectations. During our brief interaction, approximately 10 minutes, he was dismissive and spoke over me throughout the conversation. Despite asking questions, he repeatedly interrupted my responses, which made it difficult to feel heard or respected as a patient. Additionally, the nurse present in the room demonstrated a similar lack of professionalism. As a nurse myself, I hold fellow healthcare professionals to a high standard, and I found the behavior of both Dr. Loffredo and his nurse to be discourteous and unprofessional. Following the appointment, Dr. Loffredo contacted me by phone and spoke in a manner I found abrupt and inappropriate. Given the nature of this experience, I would not return to this practice, regardless of cost. While I had heard positive things about Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery, I can only assume those reviews pertain to other providers within the practice!

Spaco seriously puts new meaning in the place you'd go versus the place you'd rather always go... the place you miss when you are out of town on vacation, one you'd mourn if you ever moved away from. Like most people, I believe that time and money spent in any salon means I'm going to come out looking and/or feeling 100%+ better than I did upon arrival. This spot completely delivers in this category. The management made sure to spare no expense or detail in making the place super comfortable, beautiful and a place You'd want to return for any of the services they offer. They seriously thought of everything from the tiniest details in the powder room to the aesthetics of the rooms during procedures and waiting areas. Like seriously blows a great deal of much more high end salons out of the water in that dept. I will honestly never see another esthetician outside of this building. There's still services I've yet to try but the Brazilian wax is seriously the best ever here. Hands down for every single reason you want one ! What is very appealing is you can make your appointments and review each tech individually on the spa app Vagaro. Super convenient for reminders or rescheduling. Big huge screaming fan of this place and I almost didn't want to review it because I wish I could keep it as my own little secret!

This may be the norm on Cape Cod but I see a doctor at Mass General and they have an app called patient gateway which is most helpful. Today I brought my sister who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair for her annual physical. The nurse said she had wax in both ears . I asked for her to do an ear lavage she told me I would have to come back another day because they're only given 20 minutes to see a patient for an annual physical exam. I found this to be really inefficient.
