I'm writing this review after multiple issues we've had with this business. First off, we were…read morelocked out of our unit "by mistake" - Ownership put their own lock on our unit, and after multiple calls it was determined they locked the wrong unit.. Ok, I guess... Moving forward to this last instance, we were contacted by a rep at the lot about a balance that was due - fine, i get it.. and Let's be real 2020 was rough on EVERYONE! I'm sure lot's of people got behind in one way or another... We offered to come make a payment on the account that day, and the rep told my mother the owner was out of town, and she would get back to us about the amount due. The next correspondence we get is from the owner telling us we've been locked out and the storage unit will be auctioned off.. Excuse me? We still have no idea what balance is due.. What kind of response is this for an owner to give a customer IN ANY type of business? I'll be contacting them myself, paying the balance due, getting our belongings out of there and spreading the word about their horrible customer service! Sorry we couldn't get in "cantact" with you sooner!
