Due to timing of moving across the country and availability of car shippers, we had a delay of moving people vs shipping the car. We had to park the car somewhere safe and reliable while we left the area in our other car to start driving across country. I was stuck for what to do with the other car until a car shipper could pick it up. Monarch Mega Storage to the rescue! They had one auto storage space left and let me rent it to park the car until it was picked up. They also facilitated giving the car keys to the car shipper once he showed up ... nearly a month after parking the car there. MMS was so easy to work with, they were flexible, and very reliable. Communication was always timely. And they have an online billing system to make paying the bill easy. The entire facility is new and modern and plenty of security. It was emotional and very foreign for me to have everything I owned be stored - and sometimes for up to 6 months at a time I was cities away from where my life's belongings were at. Upon moving into 4th street and up until just this last week moving out and finally getting into a home again, I have had the best experience with this place, the managers and owner. It was a friendly, family like experience during my entire time with them. I always had easy access. Easy bill pay. Immediate customer service. My belongings were safe. Every time I had to stop by for something - I was always happy and relieved to find my unit safe. Untouched. The bathrooms are clean. Easy to access. Fully equipped. The units are tidy. Stairs and elevator. Security cameras for an extra sense of protection. Coded gate for coming and going. Never a problem. Upon moving my stuff out I thought maybe I would expect to see critters or possibly find spiders .. after two years ya never know. But found absolutely nothing. My belongings were in the exact same condition as they went in. Jeff the owner greeted me personally on my way out and wished me well. He worked me and saw to it I got my deposit back and followed up making sure I was a happy customer. Which I am. I never thought having a storage unit could become such a personal and emotional experience but it did and that's what brought me to write this review.
