ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!! Honest and Reliable- NO WAY!! Don't let them fool you. I booked company months in advance and asked very specific questions regarding move and billing, kept a very accurate inventory and updated them of any changes immediately. On day of move- movers did not comply with what was told to us by our 'relocation manager'. We were told several times before the move date that if it appeared our estimate would change on move date we would be informed before move was complete so we could make adjustments or be informed of increase before finalizing. The mover did the exact opposite told my husband he would "make it work" and said they worked on tips. That being said the quote we received more than doubled from 1600 to 3300 after all of our items were loaded on their moving truck not allowing us to remove any items. They insisted on cash payment as well and copies of paperwork and inventory left with us are illegible. When I spoke to manager to try and have him help me understand the increase and I caught him in lie after lie and he refused to assist or pass along the contact information or name of his supervisor/owner. When I asked if I could stop service and return my items he told me this was not possible as my items were in storage for transit in essence holding my items hostage and not willing to assist in anyway. I simply told him after the horrible treatment and service I wanted to prevent further issues by no longer utilizing their services as I cannot trust that additional fees will not be added at time of delivery. Long Carry Fee- $50 for every 50ft they have to push your things. They knew we lived in townhomes and parking lot was off to the side but this fee was not mentioned to us until the end when they were tallying a bill we don't have a proper copy off 2 days later. TV Crates- it's a cardboard box they tape around televisions $25 each. They originally told us this was optional and we could supply bubble wrap and it would suffice but the driver refused and said it was mandatory. Another $150. I would like them to honor their prices and 'honest and reliable' advertisement. I am very disappointed in their management and deceptive business practices. They take advantage of families at their most vulnerable. We are simply attempting to return to our state of record after serving our time in military. They were very nice and helpful before the actual move date but turns out it was all just sweet nothings. They are SHARKS and I am so glad we photographed our items as we packed because I wouldn't put it past the employees to damage our items or misplace boxes. It's horrible that a company would allow their employees to treat or mislead people like this. They are no longer responding to my emails so I honestly have no idea what's going on or where my things are yet another sign of their unprofessionalism.  I understand that somethings are out of employees control or that often people have tough days so I make an extra effort to not blame and try and understand the other side they on the other hand did not even half way instead basically told me my husband was lying and wanted to argue with me. I won't waste my time arguing with anyone nor will allow anyone that I am paying to provide a service mistreat me by being rude and argumentative. I am very disappointed as we chose them even though they were a little more expensive than other companies in order to support a small company and we found them trustworthy. Boy, are we suckers now we will go out of our way to seek legal recourse as I won't allow them to take advantage of myself or the next client. I should have known after the first few emails from Marisa that I was about to deal with the worst company I've dealt with in my entire life, and I'm not exaggerating. I'd like to bring up an email they sent me after I had talked with her in person over the phone about how stressed and financially worried I was about this LIFE CHANGING move. I should have let her poor grammar and rambling sentences alert me to the unprofessionalism, but I choose to give them a chance. "Thank you Selena I appreciate you letting me know what your concerns are and I understand that all this can be a bit frustrating when you have all these different moving companies coming at you with all kinds of different information. It sucks that other moving companies bad mouth us when none of what they are saying is even remotely true, we do open our mouth to say an unkind word about anyone or any company it's tacky. I can't comment on what they are saying however I will say this much we do come to your home and jack the price up on you I can assure you that the price will be the price no matter what period ok. as for the crating of the glass items that you mentioned if you could let me know how many glass items you have that would be great.... It frustrates me a little that another company is bad mouthing us to you when I know you are in the best of hands should you allow us to move you. In hindsight, I can understand that with the way these moving companies works it would take up to 21 days- BUT THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT TO ME- instead led me to believe they'd be able to get my things to me in the five days when I asked what a good pick up date would be. The dishonesty is what hurts the most, as it cost me (and my mom who was so excited to help me move and unpack) extra money and above all- emotional frustration. As well, I voiced my concern for additional costs, but they said to me on more than one occasion I should be fine with what I had. On pick up day, I had to pay an additional $350! A desk of mine was broken because one of the movers taped it too tight. I then was stuck in a email game of sending photos and claims forms to which I never received my $20-something reimbursement. That's fine, I'm over that loss, and now my broken desk that was a gift to me still sits in my garage. To top it all off, months later I'm still discovering things missing. It's probably only one box worth of stuff, but they are items I'm looking for, can't find- and brings up the anger all over again. I hope karma is real. I could have forgiven a lot of this had she just been honest with me from the beginning, or even after the first and second times things went wrong. But now I'm left to assume she just lives an unhappy life with no empathy what so ever to other humans. Get out of this business if this is how you're going to affect people who put trust in you. Hello, I was getting out of the Military and needed my items moved from CA to CO. For the function and price this was a good moving company. The people are nice , friendly, and will work with you. There were some issues with damaged items such as Knicks and dings on one dresser and my washer, but I called the office and they said they would be happy to help with the insurance paperwork and get me some monetary compensation. The pickup was quick and painless even though we didn't have some of the stuff ready on our end such as boxes for mirrors and what not. The drop off was also quick. Like previously stated the only issue we had we the damage to the items but I would recommend this company and use them again. Hope this review helps read more

Superstar Movers is absolutely the WORST company I have ever worked with. I was promised everything by a gal named Lea when I was trying to choose a moving company. (Come to find out she was fired sometime after she finalized my move and the time they delivered my stuff. Coincidence? I don't know) I was not very excited about having a moving company touch my stuff in the first place, but she was a sweet talker and promised that everything would go smoothly, and that if for some reason, it didn't, they would work with me to resolve any issues. It has been 2 months since they delivered my stuff, after charging me an extra $500 to deliver on the day that I needed them to deliver, so that I could move my family and have a place to stay. (Apparently they have up to 30 days from the day you originally schedule the delivery, to actually deliver your stuff, which was NOT explained to me at any time during negotiations.) They required the remaining balance to be paid in CASH, which in my opinion, is done on purpose. They are holding your belongings HOSTAGE!!! Before they even started unloading my belongings, one of the workers came up to me and told me in confidence to pay special attention to the stuff as it came off the truck, and that I was going to be very unhappy. He was there to help load the truck, and knew that all my stuff was in good condition. As soon as they started unloading the truck, it was obvious that there were several items that were beyond damaged. They were DESTROYED!!! I could not believe what I was seeing as they continued to bring damaged piece after damaged piece. At one point, I went and got the driver, who didn't actually unload one piece of furniture, to show him all of the things that were destroyed, one of which was our baby crib. His response was "You can fix that with some wood glue and finish nails". I couldn't believe that he wanted me to have my son sleep in a crib that had been repaired with glue and finish nails. The crib was destroyed!! Wood glue and finish nails would not have repaired the damage. They ruined every bed that they moved. My 7 month pregnant wife had to sleep on the floor for nearly the remainder of her pregnancy, because our bed was DESTROYED. I could go on and on and on. When I tried to submit the paperwork for the damages, the delivery coordinator, Marissa, was absolutely ridiculous. I figured there was approximately $15K - $20K worth of damage, and they offered to settle for $177.00. They claimed there was not enough evidence to prove that the damage occurred while my belongings were in the possession of Superstar Movers. Even though I have an inventory of everything that was loaded onto the truck and what condition it was in, and an inventory of what was unloaded from the truck and what condition it was in, they still have not offered more than $177.00 to settle. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUPERSTAR MOVERS!! THEY ARE CROOKS, THIEVES AND WHAT I CONSIDER TO BE EVIL PEOPLE. They claim that their employees have been drug tested and background approved. I had to move my mom from California to Las Vegas, every company I called it was very expensive and seemed hard to deal with. I called Superstar movers and spoke to Marisa, she was very professional and very nice. I explained to her that I live in Texas and I need to arrange this move for my mom. WHEN WE CONTACTED JASON JORDAN ABOUT THE ARBITRATION HE IS FEDERALLY REQUIRED TO HAVE, HE SIMPLY REFUSED OUR PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, TEXTS, AND CERTIFIED LETTERS, AND ATTORNEY CONTACTS!! Latest: 05/07/2017 WE HAVE HAD NO FURTHER CONTACT FROM JASON JORDAN, OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF SUPERSTAR MOVERS. THIS LEAVES A FORMER CUSTOMER NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO ACCEPT THE LOSS We have incurred around $10,000 worth of obvious negligent damage to our property. We have tried every method to contact the company, unsuccessfully. We hired "Superstar Movers, LLC", in June 2016, to move, store, and then move our possessions again. I had already moved then, but my Wife signed up for some basic insurance, by the pound. There was an inability to contact the company, (as you'll definitely experience) from the very beginning, (after we had paid their fee, plus a new amount they had recalculated), we simply got a voice mail box, for weeks at a time. Forward to delivery day, (8/17/16), the foreman, pulled a very broken (doors wouldn't close, everything inside was broken, and it appeared to have tumbled end over end, rounding the 4 corners, of the ) $5000 Refrigerator, (we have video, and stills). The foreman explained that he "had heard" it had fallen off of a moving truck while being loaded, and asked if we had been very vocal, with our complaints, (left on VM, the only way to communicate with this entity), concerning the 30 business days it took for our possessions to join us, as if this was "cause and effect" We also experienced 2 completely demolished antique end tables, an expensive treadmill, which came into the house in pieces, unusable. We have an entire list, with corresponding purchase receipts, of all of the items that were demolished, and, a list of what the foreman told me to call, "misplaced", but by the way every one of the bags and boxes had been cut open, "stolen" may be a more accurate term. The actual move itself, resulted in enough damage to our rental home, (put holes in the walls, broke furniture, and scraped paint, etc.) to void our deposit!!! The foreman assured me that he would "scrub that off", before he left. However, I had to literally chase the truck down the street to get them to finish the agreed to work!, they eventually returned to finish the job, and get our paperwork, and review! When they returned however, the four members of the Family heard them exclaim they had to get up in a few hours, and they were not going to finish putting anything together, and that I should file a claim about some missing pieces being the reason they would not finish. There is so much more to this than I can get down here. I will consult the Family members who were here filming, and shooting pictures, about their collective memories, and put it in a Word.doc, and send that if it's needed or requested. Beware,.... G. E. My stuff was picked up from Salt Lake, Utah by Oasis moving & storage. Superstar movers delivered my order which they took from Oasis. My stuff was delivered by a 3 gentlemen, one drove so he did not do the delivery part. The main mover was a short man named William. William seemed like a top class man. He delivered my stuff and also told me that the damages to my boxes and bookshelves were not done by him or his company that they picked it up from Oasis in that condition. He swore to me that Superstar movers had better quality than that. This was until they made a mistake and delivered another customers box to me. I called William 30 minutes to an hour after they left my home to tell him that they delivered another customers box to me. William told me that they have already left my state and they cannot turn around to come and pick it up... BUT, he would send me the address to ship it to and send me the money to do so because this was a heavy box. My stuff was delivered on Saturday. I called him on Sunday, and he said he was in the middle of a job he will call me when he was done with the info. I text and called ALL week, the following week, the week after and after. Finally I gave up and attempted to find the customer myself. The stuff in the box were very personal and I did not feel right about having it. Finally, I was able to find a funeral home (as these were belongings of a family loved one who passed away) and they contacted the family who finally contacted me today. I called both Oasis and these guys and my moving broker and not one person cares enough to do something about this. Guys, this has been a terrible experience. If William had kept his word, I would not have even bothered with my broken things. I felt so awful. I could not imagine losing a family member and having their things treated with such disregard. I was offered a job in Port Charlotte, FL with a School as a 6th grade teacher. I contacted many movers looking for quotes. My school was going to pay for our move upon everything arriving. I dealt 100% with Joe Daniels the owner. He agreed to move me for $400 down knowing my school would pay on the other end. He hired a company to load our stuff out of Denver, CO as I was living in Colorado Springs. I was told a semi would load my home furnishings and instead the movers showed up with a used uhaul truck. The supervisor was rude and vulgar and I contacted Joe immediately about him. It took 2 days to get loaded because they had the wrong equipment for the job. This made me late to start my new job, which they understood. I paid my deposit on August 29th and was loaded the 31st and 1st. I notified Joe Daniels the owner on the 24th of August once we found a home and what the address was. He responded back to me within 15 minutes that he would be in touch shortly. This was done via text message. Here I am in a home on 9 October still without my furniture. I have left repeated messages with this company and no call returned. They even responded to my wife that they are not our movers. How are you not our movers after taking Our money? Should I post a photo of the fact you crooked folks pulled it from my wife's account. I gave the card number to Joe directly over the phone on that Friday August 29th. Do not trust these crooks. You will be sorry if you do. I regret it every day when I see the pain in my wife's face and my kids face that our furniture has NOT been delivered. We are sleeping on air mattresses. This is not easy as I am a Disabled Veteran missing half of my right leg and still have no prosthetic yet. Getting in and out of my wheel chair is an extreme problem for me from the floor if an air mattress. It is also degrading to crawl to the bathroom on my hands and knees in the middle of the night to pee when you can't get in your wheelchair alone and do NOT want to wake up your wife. After searching numerous companies and getting non stop phone calls I spoke with a lady from Superstar Movers who was very nice and gave me a lot of helpful information she even gave me her cell to ensure that I could reach her at any given time which was nice considering this moving company would have a lot of my mother most valuable items on there truck. I was extremely thankful at how honest and informative they were especially at one of the hardest times of my life. My mother passed away and I really wanted and couldn't stress enough how important it was that their employees be extra careful with her stuff. They went above and beyond what I expected. I've moved many times and had one other bad move, but nothing that came close to the bad experience I had with Superstar Movers. They broke several pieces of furniture (dresser legs, chair leg, and end table leg), and scratched or tape damaged the finish on others. But worse than all that is that I had them store my furniture from July to November. When the delivery finally came, the first item off the truck wasn't mine. They lost or stole or delivered to someone else a long list of my items from storage. They did find about 4 of the 25+ items that were missing and deliver them to me. Companies like Super Star are all that keeps the Mayflower and United Van Line types from charging even more. From my experience Super Star came in at 40 pct less than their big time competition and certainly delivered. I got a by weight quote and the quoted per weight price did not change when my goods ended up significantly over the estimated weight I provided. My only regret is not keeping my stuff in the Las Vegas storage while we are house hunting because their storage rate was lower than what Im paying in LA area when taking in consideration the FREE labor and delivery on back end. Mickey, William, Alex, Dillian and Anthony were my delivery personnel; all exceptional. Leah and Jason were great as well. I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone moving interstate. Warning: they are crystal clear about packing and box costs, but I would have plenty of boxes on hand and pack your own stuff prior. They will ding you in this area but every company in this industry does. By the way, if you get quotes from the big companies they will all try and scare you with horror stories about other companies and say Super Star is probably fly by night; I recommend you get the quotes and get off the phone. Best case they will waste your time, worst case they will stress you out. read more

Moved from Cali to Las Vegas the guys were great that came to Cali. Had a little delay in my escrow so my belongings were held until I was ready. When I called for delivery Marisa made it happen even though it was right after Xmas. I was really glad for that I was anxious to move into my new home. I had a fairly terrible experience with these guys. Sadly they don't run pre-inspections on their trucks, so of course the truck they were sending me broke down. Knowing we were on a tight schedule, they expected us to wait up to 5 days. When I said we would look else where, the "Manager" Marissa said she felt bad and would find a mover for me, but we would still retain our deal and pay SuperStar. Sounded odd to me, but I was over a barrel so I agreed. Two days later she still hadn't found anyone, but I honestly don't believe she was looking, as when I gave up and did it myself I found local movers inside 15 minutes. Marissa put on an interesting act with a whole I am trying to help you inspite of her evil bosses that don't want her to. But if you disagree or sound even the least bit annoyed with her, it turns into a guilt trip in an attempt to make you feel bad and do what she wants. When I tried to give them a shot at fixing it, and finishing the move by taking the stuff from storage and bringing it to our new residence, they would only take a couple hundred off instead of discounting the price of the movers I had to hire when their truck broke down. They got upset when I said no deal and wanted a refund. I finally did get my deposit refunded quite some time and many calls later. I would not recommend this company, they don't take care of their vehicles, will give you the run around for days acting like they are trying to fix the problem, while getting nothing done, and will guilt trip you like crazy if you decide to look elsewhere. They were quick and fast in the packing and loading of our household goods. They handled our furniture with the utmost care. Upon arrival, none of our property was damaged in any way. they were very efficient in the setting up our furniture (bedrooms) and disposing of boxes in such an expedient manner. BUYERS BEWARE! I entered into a moving contract with SuperStar Movers in July 2015. A local warehouse had been storing my dining room and master bedroom furniture in Phoenix. SuperStar was to pick up the storage vaults and transport to Vegas before ultimately delivering to Orange County. I was not contacted the day the vaults were picked up. The following week I was emailed a new bill with a 57% price increase. The company wanted me to sign a new contract and pay more money to continue moving my goods to the final destination. I would not pay more than the original agreed upon amount. After several conversations with the owner, I had another company step in and pick up from their Vegas facility. I entered into a contract with SuperStar Movers in good faith. Needless to say, This company does not have a high level of professional ethics and breached my contract from the moment they loaded my goods on their truck. They are liars, at first they call you everyday to tell you how cheap they are and then when they actually come to your house they add so much money like our cost was suppose to be $1800 but instead when the movers came they said they will have to add more so we ended up paying $2500.
