Update: Owner showed her true colors and decided to search for our skincare business that we told her about and write a bad review on our page out of retaliation... It has since been taken down, but really? Yesterday we found another huge chip taken off the stucco as you head into the front door where they were moving everything and our smoker latch is completely busted as you can see in the photos I've attached. Home is brand new. In response to Sherri's fabricated message above. All we told Sherri in the beginning was that another company wasn't going to charge us for moving the safe and she agreed to do the same. As far as our TV is concerned; it was 12:30am when we asked everyone to leave, 12:30am. Mind you they started the job 5 hours late. They were supposed to put up both of our TVs, but it was way too late and our toddlers needed to go to bed. The next day we slipped the box off the tv, no padding for the screen, no tape to secure the box, nothing and we found the TV with a gash in the middle of it. The only thing that could be from is something hitting it in the truck, not from us taking it out of the box. Lastly, Sherri refuses to send us our signed contract and her insurance information. **** CAUTION RUN AWAY**** These people are awful. They moved my son and in the process broke his television. When we contacted the office the owner only answered once after leaving the complaint she never responded. I called from another number and she picked up immediately. She lied regarding the contract, she refused to accept responsibility for her employees, she even went so far as to tell me she would have the employee call me back because he is the responsible party. My husband and I hired PLM to help us move out of our 3-bedroom condo and into a 3-bedroom house. We booked 3 movers for 2 hours for a 9 a.m. start time. Cut to the day of the move - the owner shows up at 9 a.m. but the movers don't show up until 9:45. On top of that, we were given only 2 movers without a heads up. My husband and I ended up moving half of our furniture ourselves. Very unprofessional of PLM to change this on us without notice. The movers themselves were okay. They managed to get our large furniture out of our condo and into our house with relatively little damage. One complaint - I told the main guy to NOT fold up my pilates chair when he put it in his truck. He did it anyway, and it broke. Now it's unusable. The job in total took 5 hours. I appreciated the hard work from the movers, but they kept wasting time bringing boxes upstairs when my husband and I made it very clear to keep them downstairs. We feel we were not charged fairly and ended up paying much more money than we would have if PLM provided services as agreed. They benefitted from their own mistake. We were charged the regular rate for 2 movers ($115/hr) for the full 5 hours. The cost would have been much less if we had been provided 3 movers ($125/hr) who would have completed the job quicker. Not to mention less work for us to do ourselves, which is the main reason for hiring movers in the first place. We were disappointed that the owner didn't make any attempt to adjust the price. Also, we were charged an additional 3% for using a credit card. We were not told about that charge until after the move was completed. In fairness, we probably wouldn't have changed our minds if we had been told ahead of time. But this is a further reflection of their lack of professionalism, courtesy, and general feeling we were taken advantage of. It's a helpless feeling being upcharged on the day of your move! Wow. Pride month, eh? Not that I was expecting anything to be better during this month. This lady " the owner" called me a COCK SUCKER. I mean she's not wrong... But, let's continue. Nenos and I hired a local moving company in the Las Vegas area... @professionallogisticmovers,LLC The only reason WHY we chose this particular company is because of our pool table. We asked if they could break down and move the pool table. They said, yes. Blah blah blah. Awesome! Moving forward- Mover's were suppose to arrive at 9am on Sunday -Father's Day. They didn't show up until 11:15ish am. Of course, with no call or text. We had to make the attempt to call them. Etc etc. (Already starting off famously) Finally they arrived- I asked if they wanted something to drink (Gatorade or Mt Dew) I guess I shoulda known this was going to be a terrible experience- as one asked if I had a beer. "Jokingly" mmhh. NO JOKE....5 minutes into moving our pool table, they dropped it and broke the leg right off. (Pictures are attached) All I heard was a bunch of men moaning (not in the way I find particularly sexy, but to each their own.) and then craaaaaackkkkkkkk- I thought the entire pool table broke in half. Calmly, I mentioned to them- "oh hey, I see you broke the leg." Movers response: "we can put some wood glue (Gorilla Glue) on it and fix it right up. Right.... Not too sure that's going to happen sir, but let's see how the rest of the day goes. Please see attachments of the day moving forward. Throughout the entire move, these movers constantly argued amongst each other- few times I thought they were going to fight. All three are already missing most of their teeth, I guess what's a few more? ‍ I had to mention to them (numerous of times) about how they needed to be careful packing and loading our furniture. (Clearly, they just wanted to get done and rush everything, as it definitely showed in their work) ANNNNDDDD- Shockingly, we came out with a few damaged pieces. I'm not surprised. At the end of the day the movers "fixed" our pool table with glue. hhhmm.... SOMEHOW- while I was upstairs cleaning, the bill for $340 was paid to this company. GAH! As of today,(the next day) I tried to call her a few times and even sent her text messages and photos of everything that happened throughout the move. No reply. Sent her the same photos, and asked her to confirm she got my messages. No reply. After patiently waiting, and telling her that we will leave her a bad review, blah, blah. She finally called today. She mentioned that "HER MOVERS" stated Nenos and I said our pool table was raggedy and it was ALREADY leaning....... ‍‍‍‍ hhhhmmmm... Y'all- I'm sorry. But, we're not gonna have a broken pool table in our apartment as a paper weight... ‍ It wasn't broken, it wasn't leaning- I have pictures to prove it's not leaning- nor did it ever lean. It's only like 3 months old. After she kept referring Nenos as my boyfriend- and I told her he is my husband- she snapped back with "boyfriend, husband- whatever" Legit- I hung up. TL;DR: Did a fine job of the move, despite being 4+ hours late, but these other reviews are deeply disturbing. The actual movers do great work, but the management is a mess. Recommend avoid. --- Reached out to several different moving companies in the Las Vegas area and this one had the most professional response with the best rate, so it was an easy choice to hire them for our move. However, on the scheduled moving day they arrived over four hours late. No call or text - we actually had to follow up with them to see if they were still coming, and they explained that their previous move was taking longer than usual. Something about a pool table (which must be the other review you can see here on Yelp). Anyways, when they finally arrived they did a great job with everything. Finished faster than we thought, didn't damage anything, got everything set up just how we want it in our new place. They were pretty rough with our things, which did make me a bit worried, but at the end of the day nothing was even scuffed or scratched so it all worked out. The other review written here on Yelp by DeAndre has me VERY concerned, however. As an LGBT couple ourselves, we didn't feel any kind of homophobia from Sheri or her movers directly, however the screenshot of DeAndre's text conversation with the owner is all the proof I need. Sherry and her team have been so wonderful to me! I don't even know where to start... First, I had to cancel the first time because of personal reasons and she did not charge me! Phewww. I rescheduled my move with her and have used this company three times in the past month!! The workers are quick and careful. Each time they came they wrapped my belongings and made sure they were careful. I was shocked that they got everything done in the time frame I hoped for..This is why am giving them five stars. First time hiring movers! There was a miscommunication with time, I was set for 9:00 AM, they wrote down 10:00 AM and show up around 10:15 AM. They were able to get my bedroom set, two office desks, two small bookcases, and about 10 boxes all packed in the truck in about 30 minutes. My new house is about 7 minutes away from my old address and it took them about 20 minutes to find it/show up. (I'm pretty sure they made a pit stop at a gas station) It took about an hour and a half for them to unpack the truck and put everything in the appropriate rooms. I went over my two hour minimum by 15 minutes. Overall, i would hire again. They did what I didn't want to do, which was heavy lifting. I would just prepare for them to be a little late and my guys did argue with each other, as well as complained a lot. Other than that, I would hire them again. read more

To be honest i don't know what happened. I called them on Monday or Tuesday of this week and booked with them . We booked from Friday at 10 am , they didn't show up till 11am on 6/5 . I wasn't to concern about time but we did schedule at 10. Also I was told they needed a copy of ins , but then the allure manager said they told him it would take a couple days for ins info? So not to worry about it . I told them that , I guess they thought they wouldn't need it period but allure wouldn't even let them in without it . It was a headache. They seemed nice but like I said idk why this happened . It was a true headache. Now I'm sleeping on a air mattress with my husband and I have an 8 month old . So freaking stressed. read more

This did not start off as a great move as everyone arrived 30 minutes late without a single phone call. Things went down hill from there... two out of four of the movers actually were professional. The name should be changed to side jobs because the movers today except for two acted as if moving was a hobby gone wrong. In addition to breaking things the woman who I spoke with allowed them to actually leave our residence to dump the truck before the job started. You ask why I continued with the service... it is hot and it was too late to find someone else. If you want professional movers contact Smittys movers or a recognized company not this one. This by far was the best movers I had living in Vegas, Sherri was VERY UNSTANDABLE when it came to my situation I had to change my move time 2x and she still got me in . The movers were and in great spirit even working after 9pm. They handle all my belongings with care and wrapped everything . If you've ever dealt with PODS, you know that the most they'll give you is a 3 hour window for the arrival of your POD. How on earth are you supposed to arrange help with packing and loading if you're not even sure when it's coming!? Well, Sheri completely understood and encouraged me to simply call as soon as I'd heard from the POD people and I did exactly that. Due to a possible misunderstanding, only one employee, James, showed up. BUT! James (no lie) was practically super human and loaded my whole house into the POD in less than an hour and a half! Not only was he crazy fast, he was very professional, friendly, and determined. Booked a date and time for an in-town move. They never showed up. I called after they were 1.5hrs late, no answer. Only got a response on Yelp chat saying sorry they were running late. So honestly after reading a few if the reviews i was hesitant to call but, im so happy I did!!! Not only were these guys great but they were prompt and quick. They also had to work around the HOA security car that was looming because today was a no work day in my gated community. We snuck them in as friends and, the guys were in top of it to make sure i wasnt fined by the HOA. They hoisted my couch to the second floor for me, something that was promised by my first moving company to do. I feel that I cannot explain in words how excited and happy I was when I found Sheri and her movers! I had issues with another company who cancelled and charged me without my permission making it harder for me to trust anyone else. I logged into yelp to find another company hoping I wouldn't go through the same issue and I am so happy I didn't give up. Sheri replied to my message in minutes and by far is the cheapest company out there. She was so helpful and understanding, I was able to set up a moving service within 72 hours of my move without hassle. I scheduled for three movers at 8 am. The day before the move she called to confirm to make sure 8 am was still okay and to make sure she had the address correct!! This is awesome customer service and took away all my anxiety about the big moving day. The morning of the move she called me, well in advance, to advise there was a ton of traffic and they had to send another mover home due to injury but they would get there and move me no matter what. They were only 30 minutes late (which gave my husband time to finish up the little bit of packing we had) we understand traffic happens, we live in Vegas everyone knows that. I was worried the movers would not move me in time for me to afford because I had to move on a small budget. I expressed this to Sheri and she assured me no matter what I would be moved without hassle or worry. Let me tell you how well these movers did! They were speedy, friendly, professional Tetris players and overall wonderful to work with. Every 10-20 minutes my husband would text me telling me how happy he was with the service and how entertaining it was to watch these two men work. They started at 8:30 am and we were moved and unloaded to my new home by 11:30 am. It only took them 3 hours to move a 2 bed condo that had enough stuff to fill a 8 room home, this would have taken my husband and my two roommates a whole day to move. They plastic wrapped and used the moving blankets for everything that needed it. None of my items were broken or damaged.They carried all my belonging downstairs with care, had no complaints and just said this is what we paid for and that we shouldn't feel bad for them moving in the heat or heaving lifting. When the movers were done I was given the total amount due (which was super cheaper and better than expected!) I was able to Zelle the money over to the company, making it incredibility easy and worry free. Giving credit card details out is really hard for me since I am a victim of credit card fraud and the last incident I had with the other moving company. The movers joked around with my husband and roomies while I was handling the payment and it made the whole experience a great one! They also do cleaning services and pay it forward to people who are in unfortunate situations. I would use them again and recommend to anyone who needs movers on a budget! Job performance: 3rd guy showed up 1 hour late to location, but was very helpful. Quality of work: One of the guys broke one of my vases right at the beginning. This review is way over due. Sorry for anyone who has hired this company before I had the time to post my review. Beware of the owner and owner's brother, toothless James, they have no integrity. When we hired this company, we requested 4 guys as we have a lot of very large, heavy, nice furniture. Well the morning of our move, we were told that they only had 3 movers as one had an emergency. The owner's brother said he would fill in but had to do a quick 2 hour job first thing and that he would be back to help. Well, I think he was tweaking, on something, and was the supervisor, he didn't make it back till late in the afternoon. Since there were not the correct number of movers, it took this company 2 days to move us, $2,400+ later all of our things were moved...this was a 10 mile move. The worst part, aside from the money, is the condition of our furniture. The upfront damage to our beautiful china cabinet was heart breaking, see pictures. But we have been finding more damaged pieces that weren't as apparent until later. Marble from our beautiful fireplace was broken, they had put a piece of clear tape on it to keep it together and didn't tell us... I just found it. There were chips on my master bedroom dresser and the list goes on! They shouldn't be allowed to have the word 'professional' in their name. Used these guys to move a china hutch from 215 and Eastern to 215 and Charleston.... small job, but it was scheduled at the last minute because the company I originally scheduled canceled on me. These guys came thru with just a few hours of notice, showed up almost on time (I guess due to traffic), securely loaded the hutch (2 pieces + glass shelves), delivered and carefully unloaded! We did have a little hiccup with the phone communication at the beginning but the owner reassured me that the guys will get the job done. I had a bad feeling about booking with this company, especially after reading the reviews, but it was a few days before a move and other companies were booked. The day of the move, my appointment time which was 10 AM ,came and went so at 10:30 AM I texted the owner who told me that she left a zero out of my appointment time and made it 1 PM instead of 10 AM. An hour and a half later, they showed up. They did a decent enough job. I only had them move the heavy items and that's it. This took them four hours. It should have taken them two hours max. Several times I caught the younger guy literally just standing around doing nothing. Or they would both just be standing inside the truck again doing nothing. I ended up paying $400 to only move a few heavy items 2 miles away . The guys were nice and I felt bad to make a big deal out of it. They also spilled a bottle of olive oil that had apparently opened inside of one of the boxes all over a literally everything. I'm not saying it was their fault but all of my stuff was covered in olive oil. I would definitely go with another company if I had to do it over again. Do not hire or trust this company. I arranged to have them move out of an apartment on a Saturday. They said they could work me in first thing on the am. Friday night I got a call that an employee had been injured and they wouldn't be able to move me until the evening. Around 7pm we got a call that they were on their way. They never showed. When I called to figure out what happened the owner lied and said they had gone to the apartment but no one answered and no one answered repeated calls. This company deserves zero stars due to a lack of integrity, unethical business practices, and the utter lack of professionalism and pride in their work. I reserved a mover for December 6th at 1pm and the movers didn't show up until after 6pm. The excuse I was given by the owner Sheri was that the truck was being siphoned for gas and another I was given later on was that the drivers just plum "ran out of gas". She did initially seem apologetic and understanding about the tardiness and after being asked she said she would offer a small discount. When the movers showed up, they were not professional and all looked like drug addicts. One guy even joked about needing crack (the drug) in between the interim of driving to my new place from my old place. They all laughed about it like it was a funny thing to say. Not only did they take their time in the parking lot after packing up my belongings talking amongst themselves, once they FINALLY caught up to me on the road (I was driving 3 miles an hour), they ended up veering off and going to the "store" while I was being charged hourly!!! When they arrived at my home they damaged my furniture and my BRAND NEW HOME using improper moving techniques. One guy had the nerve to say that my house wasn't up to code...excuse me but when did you become a licensed contractor, bro? Once I began to get upset about all the damage, I was told that the damage had already been there... wow! The audacity of these people who (retrospectively) appeared to be on drugs, to come into my home and tell me that it was previously damaged was comical! I spoke to Sheri multiple times throughout the evening and she said she would have a repairman come out to fix the damages the following day (today, December 7) and I have not heard one thing from this con artist! $430 later, all I have to show for it is scuffs marks on my brand new floor, paint chips and scratches on my freshly painted walls, and all my belongings in my garage. She never gave a discount so her military/senior discount offerings are bogus. She claimed she was going to give me a discount from the time the guys spent going to do whatever they were doing and only calculated that to be $30 off the total which didn't even equate based on how she charges (another point of contention and confusion). Now, I did get the "I'm a single mom" speech from Sheri the owner which I take offense to because being a single mom (I am too) doesn't give you the right to make excuses for bad services and behavior. This company is a joke and should be out of business. I plan to report to the BBB & follow up with every city and county entity I possibly can about this fraudulent company that employs people who express they need crack to customers to destroy people's homes and takes their money.
