The Botox administered is alright - better than most administrators of the cosmetic injectors I have found in Chicago and suburban areas of Illinois. AS SOON as I went to another doctor, they were able to diagnose me and help me with immediate results. Dr. Olivio diagnosed me with IBS which isn't even close to what I have and prescribed me medical that was extremely expensive. If I had continued to see her, my health would have suffered. She was at least 30 minutes late for every single appointment and when I did see her, she was rude and unsettling. Not to mention, this is the kind of doctor that grabs and pushes and clearly doesn't care if she hurting you. Every time I talked to her, it was like going back to square one. The doctor is not present and for someone in the industry of care, I never felt that kind of care. This place has no business practicing medicine. Go there to have your nails done, don't go there looking for a doctor.

I find the facials very thorough and relaxing, with neck/shoulder massages to start and finish. Others have commented on the layout not being private rooms. This doesn't bother me - I go for the benefits of the services more than the atmosphere. It hasn't been very noisy the times I've been there, even with multiple clients. One thing I appreciate is that even though they always recommend products, they don't pressure you to buy them. The front desk staff has always been great, especially when I stopped by before I booked my first facial to ask some questions. I couldnt read, write and answer her back all at the same time. The facial itself wasnt really relaxing BUT I was totally willing to give up ambiance for fantastic looking skin. She was using lots of tools on my face, the lighting was really bright (even with eye pads), and her hands were extremely cold. I did have a lot of congestion on my chin so she really focused on that area. After, my skin definitely cleared up significantly so that was really good... So why only 2 stars? Well, when I got home, I noticed about an inch scratch on my cheek. I called Chrissie about it and took a photo and emailed it to her.
