Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

I went with the 8-9p time slot (the delivery charge is $3 the later they arrive), and by 820ish, the refrigerated truck pulled up to my home, and the six bags were dropped off by their friendly driver. The batch of eggs all arrived in perfect condition, the two whole chickens are large and plump for just $8 each, and tomorrow, I will cut them up and freeze them for later cooking. The $5 boneless porkchops look good. I can't wait to cook them up! I took advantage of the first 2 orders, being $25 off deal, and what would have been $70+ was actually $50. The driver was friendly and professional while making the delivery.

It seems they open a Publix on every corner these days but I guess you could say it's for a reason. They must be doing something right in order to open up so many stores. If you don't already have the mobile app, you need to get it. It makes life easier. You can place orders for the Deli and pick it up as soon as 30 minutes after placing the order. Sliced Deli meats, cheese, hot Deli items, platters and subs can all be ordered through the app. When you check out, you can use the pay function in the app and set it up so a receipt printout is not needed. All your receipts are digitized and easy to pull up later. There are also digital coupons on the app that you can add to your digital shopping list. These auto apply during checkout. Yes, I realize this review is turning more into a review on the app but it does make your shopping experience so much better. The Winn Dixie app doesn't come close. They are always busy but offer multiple ways to checkout. I prefer the self checkout lanes using the mobile app pay function. Self checkout is very easy to use if you haven't tried it out yet. If you have any trouble, someone is always nearby to assist.
