I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

The screens allow us to control the amount of sun, heat, wind, and stop the flying bugs and crawling critters that came onto our patio and into our house. We love sitting outside in the morning on our shaded patio. We can now dine outside without annoying pests. We regularly open our patio doors for fresh air. We got the quote and scheduled a timeframe to begin the install. Mario came out and put up the poles first and then about a week and a half later came in to complete the install as discussed. He was very professional and fun to interact with and took pride is his work. He appeared to be almost as excited about the job as we were. This is the type of folks you want handling a big job. We have a couple more items to be done at a later time, but we will most definitely be using them again. Side note, we live in an historic district home, and we have neighbors interested as well.
