Fast and courteous service. Drop the car off and usually pick up same day. I feel confident in the quality of their work

Personnel not very knowledgeable. Also, they were rude and not helpful at all. Cost me me money because of their mistakes. Do not recommend.

I had a wheel hub/ bearing fixed and replaced on my driver's front tire. I got it home about a week…read morelater, I started hearing grinding noise and then I started having other issues. I paid for it to be towed from Chesterfield back to King William . I needed rear struts and to find out what that noise was come to find out they had to redo my wheel hub and bearing. Which they did free of charge. I was told that my left motor mount was shot and I needed the right one too so when I paid for the car and picked it up, I paid for the right motor mount so I guess the left one is still shot. I needed rear struts they put on front struts and didn't bother with the rear ones at all. the car is still Squirrley one of the reasons why I did not want to drive it and had it towed also because of the noise of bearing. I understand they were in the middle of moving, but I have left messages after message. I have left text messages on two numbers that I have. I get automated message saying that they'll get back to me and never have done that. I've stopped trying to call. I never heard anything in the last three weeks from anybody so just decided to leave it alone but yeah you know they're nice people but you know nice doesn't keep your car running. Also, my son took his carto them because it was making a really loud noise in the engine. Come to find out his air Compressor had quit working. the belt was making it turn and the guy told us as long as you can deal with the noise, you'll be fine. a week and a half I was on my way to work when the belt locked up everything seized so I had to have someone come all the way to help me up in Richmond at my job at 10 o'clock at night and the price that they quoted to replace the air compressor was higher than buying one online and having it installed. you to risk not every person they've turned out however these reviews, but I can honestly say I won't return nor recommend them.

Would not recommend. I took my car here to be repaired and it had more problem when I picked it up…read morethan it did when I dropped it off. The communication between us was horrible. I would have to leave several messages before o could speak to someone. I took it to get an overall diagnosis and AC repair. My heat was working but no AC when I left it. Decided to wait on AC repair and get important things repaired first. $1500 later, car still doing the same thing and now even the heat isn't working. It's like the blower was damaged. I called, emailed, etc. to discuss the issues and no one ever called me back. I've given them ample amount if time to return the call. Nothing! Would NOT recommend at all!!

Close to my overnight destination, I managed to 'limp' car there after a couple cycling stops for engine to cool. at 81 years old I became veryworries & anxious about what to do! Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! He was able to identify the problem, fix it, & do a couple tests to make sure. He was truly a GODSEND. And this guy KNOWS his stuff! His fee was reasonable & fair - a great value. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

Following Monday I called Abbott's and informed. The response was "Bring the car, We are going to look at it". I told front desk that Acura fixed it temporarily and am hesitant to reopen that engine oil jar again next day. so told Abbott's, we will look at it during next oil change or if starts leaking again. I should not have treated as friendly neighborhood service shop. That was my mistake. ------------------------ Previous reply of yours is your understanding of the recent situation, but I want to be entirely clear: this was never about money, nor did I ever ask for a refund. My concern has always been about receiving basic respect, proper service, and professional conduct. To clarify the timeline of events: August 5th-6th (First Vehicle): I dropped off my first car on the 5th. Although I never received a call with an estimate, I paid for the DRL service over the phone without question when told it was ready on the 6th. When I picked it up after hours, I immediately noticed incomplete assembly work on the fender--including missing screws and plugs--without even needing to bend down (photo attached). August 6th-7th ( Refund Mistake & Escalation): I dropped off my second car on the 6th. When I returned on August 7th to pick it up, I paid for that car. Once it is completed, I showed the photo of the botched assembly on the first vehicle. Instead of listening or handling the matter professionally, the front desk employee became aggressive immediately, mechanic joined to his rant, and ordered me out of the office simply for asking questions about work I paid for. If you have a front desk video take a look. To make matters worse, the amount your shop later returned was actually for the second vehicle--which was less than what I paid for the DRL service on the first car--proving the refund wasn't even for the service in question and highlighting the sheer arrogance and negligence of your team. As a paying customer, I will not tolerate that level of hostility and entitlement--especially over an error as simple as failing to reinstall screws and body plugs. At the time, I mistakenly assumed the front desk employee was the owner, which is why I tried to reason with him directly. If you saw how your staff behaves when leadership isn't around, you would realize how severely they damage your shop's reputation. To make matters worse, on August 10th--only after I posted my initial review--the front desk employee called to apologize and admitted his behavior on August 7th was wrong. I declined to speak with him further, only to see your response on Yelp shortly after. This sequence makes it glaringly obvious that your shop prioritizes online damage control over treating in-person customers with basic respect. Excuses I heard on that day. 1) My screws are dirty. 2) Repeated MECANIC ARGUED QUESTION: "ARE YOU OK IF I CHARGE YOU 120$ TO FIX THOSE SCREWS" YES OR NO. He asked me to answer YES OR NO answer only. what is your answer if you are in my shoes? I would like to hear that to understand what your answer would be as customer/business owner? I will hear what your explanation also.
