Unfortunately, the other massage therapists are not great. High turnover as well: they only stick around for a few months' time and then leave, not sure why. I haven't had a facial, so can't speak about those services. The spa's rooms are very close together and even though they play spa music, you can usually hear what's going on in the next room. If you have a massage in one of the front rooms, you'll also hear the people waiting in the reception area. Limited parking in Maplewood, so leave yourself time to find a spot.

But if you're expecting a quiet and relaxing environment like you're at a traditional spa or 5-star hotel, this is not the place for you. If you're okay with noise in the background such as doors opening and closing, people talking in the hallway, timers going off, etc then you won't mind this place. There are separate rooms, but the walls in between don't go to the ceiling, so you can hear everything going on in the other rooms as well as at the front. She didn't ask about pressure, but I'd say she did medium / deep tissue. I'm sure if you want a lighter pressure, you could ask, but I didn't mind. Also, they don't pressure you to tip a certain amount. I tipped 20% because Cindy was great, but I read at some neighboring spas they pressure you to tip a certain amount, which I found to be strange. However, here you can tip what you feel is right.
