After reviewing all of the details, they were very kind to initiate a refund to me as compensation for things that didn't go well. That does mean a lot that means I didn't overpay for something I didn't get and I am extremely grateful for that aspect of their customer service. That is something they are doing right and I hope that they learn from this experience and make improvements in the future.

Wooden furniture scratched, dented, missing items. They used me because I was in time bind. I am a single senior woman and I trusted the kind, caring voice who I talked to for 10 minutes on the phone. I asked for my sofa to be cleaned and they refused. 260 dollars for 2 hours, local. no more than 8 min between pick up and drop off. No stairs, no assembly. Just poor and uncaring service. Shame
