If I can give them negative stars I would. The owner scheduled me an appointment, took all my information, and no one ever came nor called me. When I called to check in the lady told me I didn't have an appointment. She gave the excuse they were all delirious with flu. Why not tell me ma'am we are sick and cannot schedule you instead of being eager to set an appointment? He was so eager he's the one who pick the day and have me full range to pick the time. He sounded great and when I check on my appointment they all made it seem he was on his deathbed and I was wrong for being upset about the mix up. The. Speaking with they lady she gave me a completely different price than the owner and that upset me even more. Matt at the office was very helpful, and the guys that came out to do the work were friendly, professional, and did a great job. Matt gave me a fifteen minute window, and they were right there on time. I let them know what price range I wanted to be in, and they made sure to work with me to stay well within it. 5/28/2015 This company is amazing! They removed a very large hot tub, located under our patio cover in the rear of our home. They were polite, knowledgeable and concerned about doing the best job possible. They took extra care when going across our yard because we have had a large amount of rain recently, including this morning before they began working. When they completed the job they checked to see if we were satisfied with the job, the cleanliness of the work area and the price. An additional plus is that they are a locally owned company. I had a crew come out today and remove some tree limbs and branches for me and they did a PHENOMINAL job! I was expecting to just get the big pieces hauled off but they took their time and got everything, even the small twigs!
