Extremely happy with the level of service and communication. We had a small job that needed to be done. I used yelp to get quotes. Some wanted to meet before they quoted eventhough I sent a picture and details of the job. On Call gave me a quote in short order as did a few others. On call quote was in line with others but based on reviews and the professional way they communicated with me we went with them. They gave me a range within 15 minutes that they would be here and they were early! How often does that happen. The workers were very polite and respectful and done in a very short time. No hidden fees, No stress and no problems. I would welcome a chance to use them again and recommend them to anyone read more

I would simply encourage a little more professionalism and being okay with constructive feedback to help your company/employees perform better (one lead guy in particular). It's not a personal attack when feedback is shared. Sticking with a flat fee rate for a full truck load would be ideal and not trying to raise it upon arrival, then to tell me/the client what they can and can't put in the truck when the big wheel barrow they brought along is taking up valuable space we purchased. In addition, the guys just made themselves comfortable accessing the back of house, opening the garage door up then hanging out in my clients pool cabana while waiting 5 min for me was not what I had instructed. Lead guy had been here before as I had hired for same type of service 2x awhile back, he must've felt a little too comfortable and didn't follow my requests as discussed. This is my clients property with cameras everywhere. People who I hire I hope will not reflect poorly on me and this service did. I'm hopeful you see my communication as a way to help. I'm sad to say I'll be taking my hauling business elsewhere for awhile until these guys can work on some quality control. Duke was extra nice and understanding of my frustration, very professional, went the extra mile, bump him up. I've never left a bad review ever, but I felt it necessary this time around in hopes that it truly helps Blake lead and guide his employees with more common courtesy and professionalism which in turn only helps them in the long haul. read more

Edit: After reading the owner's appalling lies, I have attached photos which prove that the blankets and padding were part of the moving fee, not free and out of the generosity of the owner's heart. The grandfather clock, dining table, and TV were PART OF THE QUOTE. The initial quote was $1755 NOT $1975, but the $1500 is correct. Unfortunately, the only lie I wish I could prove with a photo is the fact that he recommended the pod company AND recommended the wrong size, but to the discerning customer, I'm sure the proven lies are enough proof that the owner isn't exactly trustworthy. I made an appointment and arranged my day around it. They didn't show up. When I called, they didn't answer and the voice mailbox was full. Fortunately, I didn't have to pay them ahead of time. Update- They didn't show up because they couldn't get ahold of me via phone ahead of time. I rescheduled with the understanding that I had to leave by 5. Their show time kept slipping and there were some complications getting timely updates, but the dispatcher got me on the schedule same day, the team was fast and friendly, and kept at the job well past 8 p.m. on a Saturday to get it done. What an incredible company this is!!! The owners are friendly and willing to work with you no matter the situation!! The movers were 100% on top of their game!! We had two movers on Thursday and two Different movers on Friday. All four were fantastic! Moving is never an easy task... When you add in hail, tornados and your closing date changing last minute, you feel helpless and overwhelmed. The movers not only made sure my furniture wasn't ruined by the rain, they provided words of encouragement and laughter! Honestly, I feel like the movers saved the day! On Call junk Haul and the boys did a fantastic job with junk removal of a remodel that I recently did. If there was a job to walk away from it would have been this one! We had Tubs, tile, all sorts of boards with nails and wire mesh filled grout from tile that was put down 50 years ago! It was loads of junk!!! I needed movers at the end of May (2015)... Let me start off by saying they were a godsend! I was running out of time to get moved... Then we found these gentlemen! I had quite a few large items that were very heavy to move as well as filling an entire 17 ft uhual truck from top to bottom. WHICH they packed like expert Tetris CHAMPIONS! These gentlemen took such care of my belongings, like it was their own. AND, this is just the tip of what was to come. I had to give them a deadline to be completely done no later than 5 hours max. What's the big deal you ask? They had to move the contents of a 3 bedroom house to an apartment complex on the 3rd floor. THAT'S RIGHT, THIRD FLOOR.... if that wasn't bad enough, it started raining immensely! The rain never let up yet they kept pushing themselves to complete the task in my time frame. Unbelievable, right?!! The attitudes these guys had were admirable. We were helping so they could get out of the rain faster and the positive feed back they gave my son's with high fives were awesome. They didn't have to but they took the time to recognize their hard work. Oooooooh I also wanted to acknowledge that when unloading the items they didn't just put them anywhere. ... They placed everything where I wanted it. If I didn't like it there they moved it to another area. They encouraged me to tell them exactly where to put it so I would be happy. At the end of it all, I did go over by 15 minutes but it was worth it! Needless to say, I am extremely happy with this company! They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion. I have shared their info with everyone I know. I hope they succeed in all they do. Job well done! We hired this company for moving and junk hauling in May.  This is not a moving company.  They were ok on the junk hauling because that is their specialty.  Do not believe the reviews you read online about their moving services.  Please do NOT hire this company for your moving needs.  They will destroy your things.  Our fridge freezer door and fridge handles were damaged and they did not tell us about this. Our exercise machine was not put back together the way it was and the screws were damaged to the point of being broken.  The machine handle was part was broken and they had to tape it back.  They did not have the proper tools to take things apart because the managers did not trust the movers with the tools.  This itself would tell you a lot about the caliber and trustworthiness of the movers who are being employed.  They overcharged because they took too long to load the things into the truck.  They claimed that it was because of 1 flight of steps to the basement.  They did not finish the job in 1 day.  We had our closing in 3 days and I asked them to return the next day to finish.  The owner promised in the morning that they would be our first priority but the manager called later in the afternoon to say that they would not be coming.  I pleaded with them to come the next day and they finally did but had the audacity to want to bill be for coming out to finish the job.  The owner promised that he would not charge for coming out again but again, the manager tried to get us to pay.  We asked them to pay for the damages but they just ignored our texts and messages. This is not a reputable company.  This company has no integrity.  They will destroy your things and they will overcharge you.  Please do not give them a chance. read more

My husband & I have used this company twice. Once for a small job and they did fantastic. We were so impressed that when we bought a new home, we sought On Call Junk Haul out & even decided to go with them although they were more expensive than most. On this job, as satisfied as We were on the small job we were that unsatisfied with this one. The young men who showed up were unaware of how to take apart a baby crib & instead of telling me, they just left if upside down in the middle of the floor. They also could not figure out how to get the refrigerator out of a tight spot (the handles needed to be taken off) pushed it back but left it unplugged & left the house without telling me they were leaving. These boys also left a number of items that they were supposed to take & claimed they could not leave me a receipt. When I made a complaint, the manager did arrange to have someone come out the next day and finish the job without 'additional cost' & acted as if this was a huge favor. But when our bill was close to $1000 I feel like the service should have been much better. The manager did not even seem overly apologetic. Stick to hauling junk! read more
