I added the painless wax service and I gotta say IDK how someone would do it any other way. Why? I know you shouldn't have caffeine before your appointment but it was either pain in the holy spot or trigger a migraine. I chose caffeine. So I was probably more sensitive. I will say it's not like getting numbed for a c section. Just a cute little squirt and it was Almost pain free. Asia was the most comfortable person I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. She will def will be my go to going forward.

The pharmacist did not ask a single question, made zero effort to contact my doctor, and outright refused to fill the prescription permanently. She stated she would never fill it. I have had two back surgeries (including a fusion) and hip surgery. My doctor has managed this regimen for years based on my actual medical history. This pharmacist decided she knows my pain needs better than the physician who has been treating me. It felt less like professional judgment and more like a power trip with zero empathy for a patient in genuine need. Other pharmacies have handled the exact same prescription without drama. This location's approach was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I will never return and strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacist if you rely on ongoing pain management. This pharmacy has a yelp review of 2.2, certain a large factor is how it is run by HER. Highly recommend staying away from this location!
