Be sure to communicate if you need more or less. This place has been around for many years and many of the same workers are their. Which is huge! My only complaint this time is that the massage bed/tables are starting to sag in the middle which for me meant my back/hips were hyperextended. Not got for what I was trying to get worked out. He has a unique methodology... he stretched me on the table before I even undressed. It reminded me of when I had a membership to one of the stretching companies where you lay on their beds and they stretch you... anyway he did that first, working every specific muscle group where my pain was located. Possibly the strongest hands on a massage therapist, yet he didn't have a single bruise or sore muscle when I was done... he dissolved my knots and got me back on track.
