Both times K&B team was very prompt once the day and scope of work was agreed upon. Keep in mind, they don't cut corners and do a very high quality job with siding/trim/roof. Yes, that might cost you a bit more but will save money in the long run. Olivier as the crew foreman is amazing. He really listened to what was asked and did everything as requested. He pointed out the problems in the exterior and suggested ways to fix them before they become the problem and suggested ways to avoid extra costs by doing them while doing agreed upon work. He and his crew also made sure that everything was left in as clean condition as before they arrived. If I ever need to do siding/windows/roof, I will definitely reach out to K&B.

Within a few hours a new hot water heater was installed and the old one was removed. Secondly, the hot water valve had gone for the washing machine and water leaked everywhere and even down to the finished basement. Definitely a lot of cleanup. Fortunately there was no damage. Giovanni came over immediately and replaced the bad valve within minutes and all was operating as normal. Now, this type of access isn't expected. It was a courtesy and it was last minute. However, it was after 9 pm when this all occurred. I'd say having a good relationship with your contractor is extremely important. Even if they can't perform the task, their resources as far as recommendations are invaluable. I'm just fortunate to have an all-in-one contractor.
