I only realized this because I went in for a slow leak on one and they said they could not repair because of tire separation. Fleet farm did nothing to help. They were polite and personable, but did nothing and said I had to buy new with no discount. After going home disappointed, I decided to call Cooper Tires themselves. They set up an appointment with a different retailer, gave me a claim number, and after the retailer verified the separation they discounted my tires to half of what new tires would have cost. Fleet Farm should have offered to or directed me to do this. Thank heavens my wife mentioned this right after I got Fleet Farms poor service. Go directly to Cooper or the manufacturer! Fleet Farm does not have the service they should be providing!
