Absolutely terrible company. As soon as Rick got the money, communication became all but…read morenonexistent. He failed to show up several times and couldn't keep his facts straight between conversations when he would call back. He wouldn't return calls after not showing up. Workers were ok if you don't mind cigarette butts left all over the place(disgusting!) and left rocks all in the yard without trying to cover them up during regrading. The receptionist couldn't answer a single question and would continually say Rick was just on his way back... total B.S. After finally getting the job complete, it was another waiting game of non-returnable calls and missed appointments to get the yard regraded and seeded. Only after threatening to file with the courts for breaking the contract, they came and halfass graded the yard and put seed down, weeks later and probably past the reasonable growing season, which is a total waste of money. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!
