I bought a used sheepskin rug, and I was expecting it to look and feel a little nicer so I thought to look for a business to help me restore my sheepskin rug (it's real sheepskin). To my surprise, several rug cleaning businesses declined to help me with my used sheepskin rug. When I called superior rug services, Shane answered and asked me to stop by to see what they could do--Shane clarified that sheepskin restoration was not something they typically did, but he said that he could try to wash the rug and do the best he could to restore it. He gave me a quote, and I agreed. He told me it would take about a week. One week later, Shane asked me to stop by and pick up my restored sheepskin rug. Upon review, the sheepskin rug looked and felt softer and cleaner. Absolutely no damage to the leather backing. I appreciated Shane helping me out, even though they do not typically work with sheepskin rugs. If I buy another used sheepskin rug, I look forward to taking it to superior rug services for any restoration that might be needed. Five stars. read more

I have a vintage kiliim rug that was badly worn and needed repair. Shayne at Superior Rug has a craftsman who restored my rug while still allowing some of the normal wear and tear of a100 year old runner. There were still a few areas that needed repair when I went to pick it up and he agreed to have them repaired under the previous contracted price. I take off 1 star only because I drove out to pick up when told it was ready and want happy with a few areas and Shayne wasn't there to review them. Pics were used to mark what I wanted attended to read more

I had spilled turmeric tea on my CREAM colored area rug! I used an at-home carpet cleaner, but the stain was deep set. The rug also has not been cleaned since I purchased it, 5 years ago. My neighbor used Superior Rug before and was very happy, so I gave Shane a call. He made the whole pick up and drop off experience easy for me and charged me a fair price for a 12' x 10' area rug to be picked up, cleaned and delivered. The turn around time was 2 weeks. Shane and Juan were an absolute pleasure to work with. They even moved all my furniture for me. I definitely recommend Superior Rug Service! read more

We paid $500 for this Company to give back our family's rug with a gigantic hole approx. 12 inches across (and dusty...). When my husband pointed out the giant hole the owner refused to take accountability for his Company's shoddy work, stating "the foundation of the rug was weak" and refused to fix it. At the same time, he stated he had "no idea" such damage would occur. Not only did they ruin the rug, but the owner Shane was incredibly awful about it and lacked any customer service skills. A rug that I inherited from my grandma and planned to pass down to our kids is now ruined -- please avoid this business and the awful owner. Update: As I hope is apparent from the owner's comment on my review, he is absolutely unhinged. Shane, it's laughable that you think cat urine caused a 12 inch hole. Your comment reflects your lack of professionalism and disconnected view of reality. The only truth in your comment was my misstatement about the price. I was wrong, as you pointed out, we in fact paid you $500 to ruin our rug and witness the most laughable "customer service" either of us have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. read more

Such a good experience the last time I used this company and even though it had been too long since I had my rugs cleaned, Shane had my information at hand and immediately sent someone to collect my rugs. Wonderful quick and professional services. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the cleaning of my rugs. Outstanding service! I have a beautiful blue very old Tibet rug I bought in Kathmandu fifty years ago. The moths got at it and ate away a 4 square inch patch. I took it to Superior Rug Repairs, hoping for the best. I picked it up today. They had washed the rug and it looked beautiful. I could not find where they had repaired the moth damage. I inspected the rug carfully, could not find where it had been repaired. I still don't know. The color blending was flawless. I was amazed. These people are master craftsmen! read more

This is the only company I know of that will pick up and drop off your big dirty and unwieldy rugs, and they do a beautiful job! I fostered (a lot of) puppies during lockdown and they really did a number on my rugs. When Superior brought my rugs back they were fresh, clean, and beautiful again. My rugs are wool and jute. It's not a cheap service, but it's a quality service. read more

Amazing job on a large flokati rug!! Could not be more pleased ... these are tricky rugs to clean, and it turned out like brand new after many many years of dirt accumulation. These 'fluffy' rugs are a challenge, but Shane and his crew took care of all our concerns and the special requirements. Thank you!! read more

Shane is a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job on my very valuable rug. I would recommend him all day every day!

Following up on this review. I had my rugs cleaned again by another company, about 1 year after Superior cleaned them. The rugs came back beautifully soft, clean almost like new. The excuses that Superior Rug Services gave me proved to be false since the old stains came out and the texture was restored even a year later. I do not recommend Superior Rug Services and I stand by my original review. I see now others have had the same experience, so hopefully the company will be more mindful of their processes. read more

We have a beautiful white high quality area rug we tried to have cleaned once but it wasn't very successful. We were ready to discard the rug but I thought I'd try one more time. I found Superior Rug Services on line and spoke to the owner. He explained to me there was a difference between getting an area rug cleaned by a carpet cleaning company vs. a company that only specialized in area rugs. We just had our rug delivered and it looks brand new. I'm so glad we took the chance and will never have a carpet cleaning company clean our rugs again. read more

After 11 years it was time to have our area rugs deep cleaned. Superior Rug Services was highly recommended. We weren't disappointed! All of the rugs came back looking like new! In addition to cleaning the rugs they also were able to help us replace the mats for the rugs. Shane was very helpful! The pick up and drop off service is superior. They moved all the furniture when they took the rugs away and replaced everything when they returned the clean rugs. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Superior Rugs is fantastic, and I would highly recommend them. I have had all of my rugs cleaned by them and they come back looking like brand new rugs. They have repaired rugs, cut rugs and cleaned them better than I could have expected. They have treated pet stains, high traffic stains, and even wine. The team is great, professional and experience is quick and easy, they even pick up and deliver! read more

100% recommend Superior Rugs! They were the most affordable option by a long shot ( I compared around 10 places). Not only that but my rug came out perfect in a way I didn't think was possible ( clean and soft!). They went above and beyond and actually gave it 3 passes. I checked the process which involves an extensive clean and not just a simple steam clean which some companies do. Eli picked up the rug and dropped it off and managed to carry a 100 pound rug with no assistance. He was friendly and on time. No need to look any further. I'm blown away by the service provided and will definitely use them moving forward. read more

This review is LONG overdue! I'm so grateful that we found Superior Rug Services. They are professional and have great customer service. They picked up a grey shag and returned a pristine clean cream shag. I forgot what our shag looked like until it was cleaned! The best part... or at least one of the most important parts of all of this is that the rug was returned dry so remains clean. I mention this because we have had different experiences elsewhere. Thank you, Superior Rug Services. We appreciate you! read more

These people are the best. They brought my rug back to like new condition. Super clean and smelling great. I'm definitely using their service from now on. read more

Thank you Superior Rug Services! I highly recommend everyone with an area rug to bring your rugs here to have cleaned. They are professional, efficient and fast I received my rug 5 days earlier than expected. I took a smelly shaggy rug that literally had trapped dirt and toys inside of it, and when I got the rug back it looked and smelled like a brand new rug. I've already told several of my family and friends about Superior Rug Services and they plan on bringing their rugs by. Thank you Superior you definitely have a customer for life! read more

I have used Superior Rug Service to clean my fine wool area rugs at least four times. They are very professional and prompt to pick up and delivery the rugs. They take the time to replace them on the floors and ensure all the furniture is back in place. The bonus is that the rugs are sooo clean! read more

Found these guys on Yelp and glad I did. Customer service was awesome. The rug came back clean as they said it would. Pick up and delivery was easy. Just an overall easy transaction. The only area of improvement would be for the owners is to get the Venmo app. It's an easier was of doing business. Writing a check in 2018 is very antiquated and it's important to keep up with the times. I will definitely use these guys again. read more

I was doing some home renovation and had to get all my rugs off the floor. It was a perfect time to get them all cleaned. I called Superior Rugs and they were the most efficient company I've worked with in a long time. So happy I found this spot! I have a Persian rug that's been completely brought back to life again. Everything from the customer service to the quality of the work was exceptional! I highly recommend Superior Rug Services! read more

Superior Rug Services - My rug looks brand new! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Canoga Park, California

Superior Rugs always comes through. I had inherited a runner for my front door that is more like a doormat, people track dirt in, wipe their feet, etc. As such it was really dirty. When a dog I was watching peed on it, I finally decided to have it cleaned. It came back looking brand new! As you can see in the photo the cream colored design can actually be seen now. I'm blown away. I will use them again and again. Top notch. read more
