Mr Rotarian was very rude and unpleasant. upon my arrival, he said, what size what brand am I looking for and my response was nothing in particular. ihe then said hes vey confused and asked me "are you buying selling or just want to get the price"? he then left me alone in the store and after 10 minutes, I left the premises. he is not what I heard on 670 AM. very very disappointing. read more

THIS PLACE DESERVES -10 STARS! My friend took her SILK rug to this place to get it cleaned. Here's the story: The day she takes it there, the owner promises that he can get 85-90% of the stains out of the rug. This rises her hopes so she agrees to the pricing and leaves her rug there. Comes pick-up day, and my friend's husband goes to retrieve it and notices that the stains are still present, and even worse. She has the before and after pictures of the rug and it got worse actually. This man is a crook, a liar, a scam. He tricks you into buying his lies and does not deliver what you expect and get promised. Here's the ugly part. On the phone, he blames my friend and threatens her with court and calls her names and makes a ginormous scene at his warehouse in front of the husband. He said, "I do not have precious time to spend." This is not how customer service works. You promise, you deliver. If you do not meet the customer's expectations and do not deliver what you promised, then you must find a way to make customers happy, or just DONT promise anything when consulting. Very unprofessional, very rude, very narcissistic, and threatens you to go to the court of law to solve matters even when he did not deliver what he promised. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Not even 1 star. Do NOT give your rug to them for cleaning or repair they will definitely destroy your rug. They have the worst customer service so unprofessional. We gave them two rugs for cleaning I don't know what they used but now our rugs have two different color. We called them three times but they did not even bother to follow through and take responsibility for what they did. This is not how to do business. DO NOT TRUST this company. read more

Absolutely bizarre customer service. I just walked in to inquire about getting a Kilim rug cleaned. As soon as I walked in the doors, I was not greeted but stared at. No "hello, how may I help you?" that is standard when entering a business. I had to initiate the conversation. I asked what they charge for rug cleaning. The woman said $2/sq ft. I said ok, so for a rug that is 5x10? She said $100. Makes sense. The woman said "is it here? Someone will check it out." She then walks away and doesn't return for 5 minutes. Upon her return she goes back to her desk like I wasn't standing there waiting. I asked for an update. She said "oh, I think he's gone to lunch" (meanwhile It's 4:15pm). She walks out the front door after the other employee without explaining anything. And that was that. Bizarre. Never returning. read more

This place is connected to a storage unit so it doesn't look like much from the outside, but the people that work there are so nice and friendly. We needed a place to get a rug cleaned that needed some tender loving care because of its age. A 2' x 9' floor runner Turkish rug was $75 to deep clean They took the rug and by the time I got home I had pictures of it in my email so I could have a record of what it looked like before. I came back in about a week and the rug it was so clean, there were no issues with it. It's open late too so you can go there after work. We only use this place for rug cleaning, but they have a huge stock of Persian rugs for you to purchase. read more

I had two carpets cleaned by them. After they were returned to me, looking great, and laid out, my dog and cat raced over to one of the carpets and sniffed with great intensity and excitement on just one end. I knew they would likely mark the spot. So I had it redone. David was immediately receptive to the problem and acted quickly. When the rug was returned, it obviously had all suspicious odor removed. My dog and cat showed no interest at all! He also repaired two small locations on the edges that were frayed, and waived the charge. He and Sara were always personable and helpful on the telephone. His pickup and delivery people were likewise very nice and took an interest in how my rugs were to be positioned in my home. All in all, everyone took a personal interest in my satisfaction with their service. read more

They ruined them with no apology(used bleach to clean the edges). I don't understand how this place is still in business. PLEASE, PLEASE do not trust this place.
