I show him the empty boxes which he says he will re-bait and place back around the house. The next day, I look in the boxes and they are 100% empty. We had orkin shield flashing placed around the perimeter of the home and the attic insulation removed (along with mice) and replaced with treated insulation. I was told by the person that the services are under a 5 year service guarantee and that this should take care of the problem. Unfortunately, they missed some huge entry points in my garage and now are refusing to fix it only 16 months into the contract . The manager just keeps saying "we can't guarantee work we didn't do." The problem is that they didn't do what should have been included under the contract. So needless to say, I still have mice. Update: Orkin management responded to this post immediately. After some discussion and digging into the situation, they returned to remedy the remaining issues and are abiding by the terms of our agreement. I truly appreciate it.

This morning my long-time tenants let me know that an exterior bird nest infestation in the eaves had finally become too much for them and the structural integrity of the roofline. Not living anywhere near, I immediately went to Yelp for help. Not only was Code Green Pest Solutions the only company with 5 star reviews, he was the first to respond to my quote inquiry. Travis was amazing.
