He came by my house to give me an estimate for the repairs, which included "totally replacing the fascia board," which he said had rotted, painting it, and cleaning the mold on the the bricks. Materials were not included, which is typical, and the estimate seemed fair so I didn't ask for other estimates. When he came to do the work in the week before Christmas, he said he didn't have a high enough ladder and had to go rent one, which took an hour. Then he and his crew spent two hours reattaching the gutter. No need to replace the fascia board, he said, because it was not rotted. BUT, he still charged me the amount of the estimate--$7000--for reattaching the gutters because, he said, he had to rent a ladder and it took time to get up so high and he scrubbed the mold on the top bricks. In fact, he wanted to add another $100 because it took "so much time." Meanwhile, I looked up typical per-hour labor charges for "replacing," not just repairing, gutters." What Rosales charged us for reattaching about 12 feet of gutter was at least $300 over the highest price for high roofs. IF you decide to contract with him, make sure you have a fully detailed estimate in writing. I'd asked him on email for full details before I had him to do the work, but, unfortunately, went ahead without getting answers. One thing in his favor--because it's too high to see if the work is done well--is that he also had his crew member look at an outside exhaust fan that we thought needed to be repaired. It turned out it was clogged, so it's now working.

We purchased Kohler rain shower plus hand-held and tub mechanism with all necessary valves from Fergussons. We kept our reclining Kohler tub with side st.steele handles. We needed to tear out and replace all prior tiles due to leak, and wet uninsulated walls around tub. Mr. Buendia and his team planned out the job, gave us a reasonable estimate, told us from when to when the job was going to be done, emailed us job proposal, we agreed and signed contract, and the the job started. They covered floors and stairs to prevent any damage, while we made sure they had access to an empty bathroom. In the middle of job we discovered that we needed to reinstall 'all walls, which we did not know when we started. Mr. Buendia and I went to the Tile store on Eisenhower Ave., and we chose together a tile that would fit and look great, and align with remaining ceramic floor. The team worked in coordinated way, and the end result is truly terrific! We are very satisfied and very much recommend Mr. Buendia's team to others. Prior to this job we had also hired Mr. Buendia for other jobs, redoing siding and trim on a townhouse, replacing basement foor with tile, replacing ceiling tiles with a true ceiling, painting, installing storm doors. You would ask a simple question and get looked blankly. The work area safety was a disaster. Pictures will be included. They showed up at 7:15-7:25 AM. Upon arrival they needed to get inside for what I haven't a clue. Fairfax county has a noise ordinance stating work can't start until 8AM. If your so unlucky you will deal with Carl. Carl is the most cocky character. He doesn't know code. He claims he does. He claims he inspected the area to bring it up to code but missed a massive code violation. Fairfax County missed it as well but I already knew they were useless. So if you want to hire a company and roll the dice that you pass final inspection this is your company. If you want your property taken and then a cocky response that he's in 200 homes a year this is your company. They took a tarp that wasn't theirs and probably a watch. The tarp was returned but according to Carl they don't take anything. I can't speak for the value. The job was done on time but with annoyances. The kicker is he allegedly wanted to charge trip fees.
