Scheduled appointment and it was not quick. The attitude was " it sucks to be you" Bought a new car recently and it was an ok experience, if I had it to do over again I would go to Ohio. Everyone ( except the salesperson) could use some customer service training, particularly the finance associate. They could learn something by going to other local dealers and sitting and observing. I would rate them mediocre at best.

The guys here are awesome!…read more I had taken my car into another fairly well known establishment to see what the problem was, and they said they couldn't find it, and gave me a completely different answer to what was happening. I had heard that these guys were good and honest, and dealing with a car I had no idea about and it had broken down on me that morning so i had to get it towed there,I figured I might as well try them out. They came back, told me what was wrong the next day, told me the total damage then said with the amount I put into the car to begin with, I might not want to put as much money into it, I agreed, they told me they got it running by cleaning parts and doing different things to it which was all included in the original fee for looking at it, and it Is drivable, and running a lot better than it originally was but i know if it happens again I know what the problem is and how much it would be to fix it. It could have gone the other way, they could have told me I would have to spend the 600 to get it running. He called me after hours too, which was appreciated because otherwise I would have had to wait until Monday to hear what the damage was. They really put the customer first, and surprised me fully with their commitment to me. They also run a free shuttle service when you take your car in there, they will take you back to where you need to go. Extremely professional, very reliable, the guys at Elite Automotive went above and beyond and took care of my car. I can't say enough good things about them.
