I must say that Windal from Superior Grill Cleaning and repair knows his stuff and did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my 48" grill! I did not know him however his follow-up and actual punctuality was fantastic. Mr. Windal Adams steam cleaned my entire grill inside and out and I also had him put new stainless steel cooking grates on. I came home late morning to make sure he was paid and much to my surprised he worked on my grill all day to reach as close to perfection as possible. He put in a full 8 hours of cleaning and repairing. Again I was shocked in a good way. I was literally ready to go out and buy another grill. In fact I had priced them on line and visited BBQ's Galore hoping to find one that matched the one I had. Saw Wendal's ad and gave him a call. We chatted a few minutes about the grills condition and then set the appointment....I didn't need to be home as long as he could get access to the backyard. Just wanted to say I was very impressed with the professionalism of Windal Adams of Superior Grill Cleaning Service and the results in cleaning my built-in 36" DCS grill. Windal was on time and completed the job in the predicted time. My grill was cleaned exactly as his web site pictures show and he goes beyond the minimum of his commitments. He cleaned the smoker box and the granite countertop behind the grill at no charge. He also corrected a bent ceramic rod retainer and adjusted the burner flames. The area was well covered during the work and the cleanup afterwards was spotless. I have a 5-burner built-in Bull grill. Now my grill looks brand new. Very happy with the job Windal did and he was prompt. He spent several hours taking the grill apart and cleaning each part thoroughly. He also recommended new parts for my grill that were still under warranty.
