The hardware is constantly breaking, the screws are falling off, the locks are jamming with the magnets constantly breaking. The components inside the locks are made of the crappie's plastic and screws possible (probably recycled). The doors and frames are made of MDF, and the veneer keeps scratching and pealing after almost two years. The service or people at the Arrow Doors do not care, and if the hardware breaks, you better reach out to one of the manufacturers in Poland. I had to drill the holes to get my little kid out of the room as the lock mechanism broke AGAIN. This is INSANE! I wish I would never fall for the fake positive reviews, as the products they sell are TRASH! This company should use the following motto: " SPEND MORE AND GET LESS"
