Although backed up with work, they came out promptly and discussed my needs, supplying a quote in short order. We scheduled the work as soon as the schedule cleared up a bit and while we were waiting I had an enormous tree come down in a storm, falling or course, right over the road to be paved. I called Blake and he assessed the issue and added a small amount to the quote to cover removing the tree as part of the service. Very nice and convenient as I don't have a Tree guy out there yet. They completed the job in very good time, and were spot on with the quote. I love this road (sounds strange I know). It looks wonderful, will obviously last a long time, had a culvert ran under it to avoid washing out in the future (didn't even push Blake over quote) and was my favorite Christmas present to my family! The job turned out to be more work than it was bid out for, and I asked the crew to do more tasks…read morewhile they were here. They did it all without any complaints. The Cutter stayed up in the tree all day in the sun, and the temperature got to 102°F that day. At the end of the day, they were going to stick with their original bid, but they did such a great job that I gave them enough extra to cover the unexpected work.
