Rule of thumb always get a 2nd and 3rd estimate.

Before the countertop replacement, my kitchen was fully functional. What made this experience so…read moredisappointing is that a major limitation was never clearly explained before I signed the contract. Throughout the entire sales process, Ivy (the salesperson) never informed us that we would need to separately hire a licensed plumber to reconnect the faucet, garbage disposal, drain, and water lines after the countertop was installed. We paid $1,300 in labor charges ($400 for demolition/removal of the old tile backsplash and $900 for countertop installation), only to be told by the technicians on installation day that they were not licensed to reconnect these items. We also purchased a new sink and faucet from the company as part of the project. However, the faucet could not even be installed because the hole cut into the countertop was too small for it to fit. This meant we were left with a brand-new faucet that could not be used until the countertop was modified. To make matters worse, the technicians damaged the wall while removing the old tile backsplash and told us they were not responsible for repairing the damage. After the incomplete installation, we contacted the company to express our concerns. Their response was simply that the countertop installation had been completed according to the agreed scope of work and the fee paid, and that plumbing and electrical work were not included. My biggest concern is not that plumbing work was excluded--it is that this was never clearly disclosed before we signed the contract. Had we been told in advance, we could have planned accordingly or chosen another installer. I also question the company's process. If the technicians are not licensed to reconnect the faucet, drain, garbage disposal, and water lines, how were they permitted to disconnect and remove those same components in the first place? If they were unable to complete the job, they should have made that clear before accepting the installation fee. In addition, if the company supplied the new faucet, why was the countertop hole cut too small for the faucet they sold us? I would have preferred to purchase only the countertop and hire my own installer rather than pay for an installation that left my kitchen unusable. I hope future customers carefully review the contract and ask detailed questions about exactly what the installation includes--and, more importantly, what it does not include. Don't assume the installation fee means your kitchen will be fully functional when the work is finished.

He did exactly what he said he would do and exactly when he said he would do it. If something didn't work, he fixed it. His crew was exemplary. Michelle, his wife, is excellent at what she does in the showroom and in the office. Next up...the bathrooms!

We hired this company for a fairly large custom project totaling around $20,000, including custom…read moreFrench doors for our office and built-in living room cabinets. Early in the process, communication was inconsistent but acceptable, and our calls were always picked up or eventually returned. The project took a little longer than expected, but not to an unreasonable degree for custom work. Unfortunately, the finished product and post-payment support left us very disappointed. The French doors, while functional, do not look professionally finished. One door is slightly angled at the base, and there are multiple visible imperfections in the caulking and paint along the edges. For the price point, we expected a much cleaner and more polished result. Instead, parts of the finish look closer to a DIY project than high-end custom craftsmanship. The living room cabinets are definitely more professional-looking, but if you inspect them closely there are noticeable defects. Our biggest issue has been with getting to fix problems after payment. One of the shaker-style cabinet doors on the living room cabinets broke shortly after installation. Since we had not yet made the final payment, they repaired it quickly, and we paid the remaining balance. However, the repair appears to have been temporary because the same door broke again within a couple of weeks. After that, communication became extremely frustrating. They initially sent someone out to take the door for another repair, but then we experienced months of unanswered calls and texts despite following up weekly. After roughly three months, we finally got a response and were told the door could not be repaired and would need to be remade. Someone came out to take measurements and promised an update within a few days. That was nearly 3 months ago, and once again we have received no responses to calls or texts. At this point, we have been without a large, highly visible cabinet door in our living room for over seven months and no longer believe this issue will be resolved by the company. We will be finding someone else to fix it. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution future customers that once final payment is made, getting follow-up support for issues or warranty-related problems will be next to impossible.

They found an affordable electrician and a plumber who showed up same day in one case. I have a 70's style kitchen and nothing in this house is level. They were great. And the company is a family business. OH and they did it for less than half of the other quotes. I really can't thank them enough. Im looking sideways at my bathroom cabinets now. I would DEFINITELY use them again. LOVE LOVE LOVE
