I have until now overlooked the increasing random fees and surcharges and their suggestions to call back repeatedly to try to negotiate a better price. What I cannot overlook is the horrible internet speeds we get. I call and complain to an Rcn representative almost on a daily basis. Every time I call and I run a speed test all of the sudden I'm getting crazy high speed internet. Then a few hours later I'm lucky if I get 5mbps connection. Attached are some examples. I have much more documentation of this phenomenon where one wonders if they're running a "rob Peter to pay Paul" scheme and don't actually have infrastructure to support all their customers. I am so frustrated and unless performance magically improves I will be actively looking to switch to another provider. If anyone has suggestions please message me.

We talked about replacing with a solid-state drive but I think we came to the conclusion that it was slow because of competing virus software. So he was very good and spent a lot of time with me giving me the options. And we chose the cheaper safer route first and then will discuss options if the problem persists. This was great I didn't spend a lot of time or money to find out the issue he was very patient with me and I would definitely return with any PC issues.

Although they didn't resolve my Windows reboot loop issues, they were able to remove the hard drive and save most of my data despite the many hard drive errors. I even explained that customer service gave me this exact address, but they said I was misinformed. The funny thing is, the T-Mobile store at the Natick Mall had no issue taking trade-ins. If this is a problem between customer service and store policy, that's something T-Mobile needs to fix -- not something customers should be inconvenienced by. I came all the way here for nothing.
