Richie took the time to thoroughly research the issue, explain what was happening, and walk me through my options. What impressed me most was that he actually encouraged me to get quotes from other shops before making a decision. From the beginning, Richie was upfront, honest, and transparent about pricing. He took his time with the repair and made sure the job was done right. The workmanship is phenomenal. The finished product exceeded my expectations, and my car looks fantastic. It's rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and treats customers with such integrity. I would trust Richie with any vehicle I own and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality repairs and exceptional service. The work quality did not meet expectations--the black leather seats with white piping began to deteriorate within weeks, with stitching coming apart and materials appearing to be low quality. The project was ultimately left in worse condition than when it started. I would not recommend based on my experience.

They washed my car and did a half-hazard job, basically. Look, I'm 5 weeks in to reporting this as…read moreI had been initially back and forth with them right after they completed job for 3 weeks, about just either "redoing" parts they didn't even touch and " touch up" on what they claimed they did. At one point, I mentioned to them that if my brother or son was standing by me, they wouldn't have done what they did. And that's when the husband finally said he would come and do whatever I needed to get done, but he nvr showed up to do that. We had been back and forth texting the ins and out about what was incomplete. Basically, I came by or called as a teacher single.lady by myself, and I felt they took advantage of me. I, at one point, once I got to the business, did not feel good about the husband, but since I was there to get the job done , didn't know how to turn around and say , " no, " so let them proceed with it. The pictures below will speak for itself. I did not cheat, steal, or lie about anything concerning this matter. I jus want ppl to know, if you think these ppl are all good and honest, think again. They may do their job well and all ,but apparently, what happened to me shows there are not genuinely " good" people. My next step is to report them to the BBB. THEY charged me $259.00 There was extra for the hot water extraction use for a bad seat..it did the job! But what happened to the rest of the work? All I wanted was for them to fix it. There was another pic of the carpet in the front passenger side on the floor that was obvious it was never touched. I can't find that one. Please if you have any questions about thoa, I'll be happy to let you know that this is the nightmare I experienced with this business. HeELP! I want half my $ back for a half-hazard done job.. I first came to them after a year of working on my jeep bit by bit, having met just about every dishonest person in vehicle repair. I was pretty burned out. I knew I wanted seats that were Katzkin Leather, and thought I might only be able to afford vinyl, and then talking directly with the company, they referred me to their licensed installer, Nick at Revision. After hearing about my jeep, he actually recommended the vinyl because of the large moon roof I've installed. He gave me a perfect price, and even picked the vehicle up for me (though don't quote me on that as I'm not sure it's standard!) he and his brother were communicative, smart, kind, and gave me honest answers where so many other people have just tried to take my money and get me out the door. His solutions were elegant, and so thrilled with the end result I truly could not be happier. This has breathed new life in my jeep, something I've been trying to do on my own for a long time. My wife and I are thrilled, and this is going to be our adventure and family car for many years to come. This is your shop. I hate to say that I come to Yelp to frequently post more negative reviews than positive.
