The gym was a lot bigger than I was expecting but even then, it was very crowded and so many…read moremachines were not working. The ones that were empty had "out of order" signs. I've tried a few crunch locations and it's been the same experience almost every time, with the gym being very crowded as a result of machines being so unavailable. The classes also were not my favorite, but they do try to put a limit on how many people can register so that it does not get overcrowded in the rooms.

They host their "classes" on the only open area for free weights, which closes off 40% of the floor space for 45 minutes at a time. And those classes use all the equipment and weights and accessories. They obviously don't have the space to be hosting so many group classes for 5 people at a time. It's dumb. Unfortunately, the price is good and the location is convenient so I am trapped to be a member here until I get a raise or move away. But it is a miserable experience every time I visit

There are way too many reformers/people in class, and the teachers don't pay attention to each participants form as a result of these packed classes. I much prefer a smaller more boutique studio for pilates. Form and proper breathing is so critical to ensure you are targeting the right muscles.

Really expensive ($40/month for annual and $60 yes $60 for monthly membership), least amount of…read moreequipment I've ever seen (only 20 treadmills/ellipticals) and the LOUDEST music of any club in this area, and that's saying a lot. I think they play the music so loud to cover up how few ppl there are; but it has just the opposite effect and just accentuates the emptiness to near comical levels. Forget not being able to listen to a podcast or non-music YouTube vid in your headphones without distraction, you won't be able to even make out most of the words even at the highest volume. A lot of bars and nightclubs don't have music this loud. This is also the first gym I can remember out of dozens that doesn't have a leg press nautilus machine. No calf machine either. I'm guessing this place is more centered on CrossFit and classes, tho the area doesn't seem that large and is not cutoff from the main area. Would consider this gym if not for the super expensive prices (most other than Lifetime I've seen this area) and the music, as I like gyms that are not crowded and it's so close to me. I completely believe those who say they were ripped off on their bills; would like to support small business but detest this practice and don't know why it's so accepted among gyms when in other industries you would face legal consequences.

Half cardio / half weight training -- this allows me to get a full body workout each time I go. If I went to a gym to workout on my own, I would never have the discipline to maintain that balance. 2. The class is different every time -- it never gets too repetitive. Some classes focus on power, some on strength, and some on endurance (I usually avoid those). 3. The heart monitors help guide if you need to push harder or pull back a little. The trainers have been great (can only speak to Kevin and Amy) -- they're helpful, keep you moving, and are high energy. Oh yeah, and the girls at the front desk are super nice! I believe you can take a class for free if you're new, so if you're looking for a gym to help keep you regimented, offers a challenge, and gives a comprehensive workout, you should definitely give OTF a try.

Not that the ladies don't have a good class but most of the time they talk so fast that I have no idea if I can keep up with what they are doing lol. I decided to take a few classes and automatically wanted to join. I joined and let's just say I am really glad I did! The classes are tough but they are a great workout and I always leave feeling satisfied with my workout. It's a great stress reliever too! They have plenty of different times to take classes as well as different trainers so it is flexible with your schedule. I have really enjoyed Jessie and Danielle's classes! Looking forward to my next workout.

For swimming lessons, it is nearly impossible to get a makeup class and the instructors are more interested in talking to one another than actually teaching. The facilities are outdated and something always seem to be broken. For parents, it is extremely uncomfortable to be able to watch your kids during swimming class. You will be sitting very close to the pool and most likely will get splashed. Do not recommend.
