The class I attended was a full body workout. During the class we used dumbbells, the barbell, and kettlebell. The full body workout was good and I felt like I definitely got a good workout in. The instructor teaching the class really pushed you to put effort in. It was super inexpensive in comparison to other workout classes. It was only $15 to take the class which I think isn't bad in my opinion. Since my sister has gone to the class more than I have, she had brought a 10 class package deal where she got a discount when she brought the package. So for her for 10 classes she is approximately paying $12 a class and she can go to any class she wants. I definitely recommend Viva Z club especially if you want to incorporate another way to work out.
