He was also cussing the entire time he did my hair which made me feel Extrmely uncomfortable. It was my first time getting my hair done (had virgin hair) and he completely over processed me and left me sitting under the dryer for almost 40 minutes while he did his other clients hair. I am now missing half of my hair on the left side of my hair. He put blonde highlights in my hair when I asked him for lighter brown/ caramel balayage, looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the pictures that I showed him. Several days later I texted him asking him to put a toner in my hair to help somewhat fix what he did to my hair and he did but tried giving me a hard time about getting in to fix it because he was just so booked up. Then when I finally noticed how much hair I was loosing and breaking off he sent a text saying that he "would give me my money back" but after I responded "Thank you what time can I come by?" He said sorry he meant "he would NOT give me my money back" and claimed that I must have some medical condition that was making my hair fall out or on some medication. I am just completely mind blown about this entire situation. I knew there had to be a reason he has no social media, and I'm sure it's because there has been numerous of clients he's done this too. Save your money and go to anyone but Mike!
