I am so so upset. Mike cut my hair. Nice guy, but completely effed my hair. I told him abt the horrible experience I had last time with another stylist. He joked with me about it, and then did EXACTLY THE SAME THING! said I wanted barely any off the top front, and he cut abt 1.5 in off. Wanted to keep my sideburns a little long n wispy, and he ends up cutting them both off by trying to keep them equal. Asked for the back of my neck/hairline to just be cleaned up, and he shaved it into a V. Thought I'd be different this time and do a lightning bolt cut into the sides of my head, and he's did them both very unequal sizes, messy AND THEY'RE FACING OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS. I wanted to cry. I look like I'm in a 90s boy band. And I'm a woman! I pointed out to him that I wanted a lightning bolt and not a Z, and that they're opposite facing, he didn't apologize or anything. Called ahead of time to check for availability. Im told I can be seen at 1:30 with Amanda I believe is her name (girl with the red hair). I've seen her in the past and she amazing. However, I arrive and I'm barely greeted and told to put my name down which is fine. I take a seat and wait. Several stylists make eye contact with me and say nothing and disappear into a room. I patiently wait and wait. A couple of other stylists free up and done acknowledge me. At 2pm I finally ask if I'll be seen as my appointment was at 1:30 and the girl I spoke to says oh sorry they are in a manager meeting? I was really confused and upset. I'm a very understanding person, but also communication goes a long way. I would've preferred to be acknowledged and told that I may have to wait longer. I just went to try and get my 3 year old a hair cut. I was not welcomed in the best way by the lady with the pink/red hair when I asked if they specialize with kids on the spectrum, her attitude changed- in a bad way kind of in a neglectful way, and she said they will see but she made a face. A male then came up to help and he came off very strong and said that if my child can't stay still they won't be able to cut his hair due to safety reasons, very understandable but he came about it the wrong way and basically discriminated against him. They neglected and discriminated the fact that my child had autism and based off the looks and their actions, they were very mean about it. I will NEVER come back here again and they need to have more professionalism when it comes to families with children with disabilities. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. read more

This is normally my go to haircut place in upland. Have always had good service and good haircuts, plus a military discount. Same cut every time, back and sides shaved down the the skin (00000) with a high blunt line (no fade) at the top. Pretty standard military cut. This time there was quite a bit of missed hair around my ears that i noticed when I got home, and the back and sides aren't a consistent length. Perhaps Its the holidays being busy or something but a disappointing experience from my usual place. read more

When I arrived there were 4 stylist (if you call them stylist) 2 working 1 sitting 1 at the desk. I went in asked for just my bangs to be cut, the little blonde girl at the desk told me it would be a 30 minute wait, because I didn't have an appointment, they had to take appointments first. Later it was brought to my attention that this Super Cut location where they mostly hire people straight out of beauty school. Each person who works there are expected to cut a customers hair under a certain time. There business motto is to turn over as much as they can to increase sale revenue which in this case there isn't Quality only quantity a true classic of a one stop CHOP shop..... I used to go to Supercuts until I switched to Great Clips. I finally broke down one day and came to the new one in the Colonies shopping center because it's closer to my house. BIG MISTAKE! First off, when I walked in I was basically ignored for 10 minutes until a chair became available... and nobody else was waiting except for me! Secondly, it's $15.50 for a basic cut... that's $1.50 more than Great Clips down off Mountain & 7th. That's not that much more expensive, but it basically covers your tip. Finally, I got one of my worst haircuts in years. Uneven, off-center, just plain yuck. And I had a job interview the next week! Maybe that's why I didn't get the job? I doubt it, but I bet the haircut was a contributing factor. If you desperately want a haircut and don't want to drive far, then go to Great Clips by Vons off Foothill & Euclid. If you do choose to come here, then make sure you're not in the process of job hunting. read more
