My guy needed a haircut badly. We had just left the house to grab a bite to eat and decided to check the wait time. Only two stylists but one person waiting so we waited. It wasn't too long a wait and boy was he happy. Anastasia didn't do too bad of a job shearing his shaggy mess and he was satisfied. I decided to get mine cut also but the wait 40 minutes now. Yup, I should have decided earlier. Ah, well, lesson learned. Oh, you bet I was happy getting my hair cut. Vincent was friendly and did a great job. NO STARS. I am furious with this haircut that some inexperienced, unprofessional, uneducated lady had the audacity to give my little brother for picture day. I do not understand why super cuts would even hire someone who leaves work undone, and flat out completely wrong. We asked for a gentleman's cut, after she shows us his head is COMPLETELY BALD on one side with patches of hair on his neck. When we asked her what the hell happened she insisted on arguing back and for with us that this is what we asked for and it's a "gentleman's cut". While all of this was happening her coworker stood there and watched it all happen instead of being professional and trying to talk and resolve the issue. I received the worst "professional" haircut in my life yesterday from Emmaleigh. I explained I wanted my hair short with layers and my face framed. I specified I do not want bangs, but somehow I managed to have the top layer cut at bang length... all the way around my head... I have a mullet, I walked out with the "carol brady" I am extremely dissatisfied with the low quality haircut I received. read more

I have used Super Cuts, Rooney Ranch, for many years and I loved it, BUT the last experience was IT! I made an appointment online for 1 p.m. I showed up for my appointment and was told by a very young women "sorry, but you will have to wait and hour and a half because we just got 3 walk-ins." I told her I made my appointment online, as instructed, and now walk ins get preference. What's wrong with this picture. I have been needing a cut done for a good...6 months (so horrible), and called up Supercuts. I thought...I need a cut now and I'll just do something easy and be done. I am SO SO SO SO x's a million glad that I went in! (That wasn't a very good sentence but you can tell I'm a happy camper. Jessica did my hair and not only was she super adorable and friendly but knew EXACTLY what I wanted (even before I knew it seems), and showed me a WONDERFUL product to give my fine hair some much needed lift (Big Sexy Hair should hire Jessica as a spokeswoman for their products...she's AWESOME). When I want to talk, we talk and laugh, but when I'm in more of a quite mood she seems to notice and we don't talk as much. The place is always clean and normally there's a short wait. read more

I came in to this location today looking for a simple trim but also got a shampoo and quick style. I walked in and was greeted by Jessica, who also did my hair. She was very sweet and professional, and had such a happy demeanor I left in an even better mood than I had come in. My cut was pretty basic, just a little off the length and a touch up on my layers to thin my hair out a bit, then a quick straighten. The straightening iron that was used wasn't the best quality and I felt the need to touch-up my bangs when I got home with my Chi. Overall the experience was gratifying, especially since it cost about 1/4 the price of higher-end salons. read more

I walked in on the spur of the moment when I saw the 20% off color and highlights sign outside. I had intended on a haircut only. My stylist was Myla and I really lucked out. She gave me the best highlights and cut that I've ever had since moving to Tucson and this includes places like Tony & Guy. The salon was immaculate and I didn't have to wait for an appointment (used the app to sign in early). Can't imagine going anywhere else so long as Myla (the manager) is working there. read more

I took my son in for a haircut yesterday 3/24/17. I showed the technician the picture my son wanted. He had a lot of hair. The technician kept asking me questions on how to cut his hair. I knew it was going to be bad. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I paid and left a tip anyway. Upon going home and blow drying his hair it's uneven on his ears! One side is longer than the other. The cuts around his right ear are transitioning nice and the left ear is choppy. It looks nothing like the picture. My son is 11 years old and he hates it. He wore a hat all day yesterday and refuses to take it off. I'm taking him to my profession hairstylist today so she can try to fix it. Maybe she was just having a bad day but if you can't look at a picture and go from there and be comfortable with your hair cutting skills let me know. When I got home I realized the sides were completely uneven and one side was too short. I fixed it myself with a razor, but I don't like the length. read more

On Saturday I was off an decided to pamper myself a little bit and went to get my eye brows done at the mall and thought maybe I should go get a trim on my hair (after not gettin one for almost 2 years). I stopped in before the closed and didn't realize thet closed at like 7. I can't remember the lady who cut my hair but she did a horrible job! I asked that she didn't cut more then an inch and a half and by the end of it she took 3 inches! My hair naturally comes to a point and I asked that she cut it keepin it that way. What did she do? She cut it straight across. I even made sure she knew how afraid I am of hair cuts and she messed it up so bad. At first I was happy but then when it dryed I noticed how bad she did. The longest part of m hair is now the shortest and the shortest part is the longest. I am completely dissatisfied!!!!! One thing I thought was off is that she made me stand for my whole hair cut! I am goin to call as well and complain. Never again will I get my hair done at this or any other location. I honestly never should of payed her!!! I wish I could leave them with no stars! read more

I get my hair cut every 1 1/2 weeks and it takes about 10 minutes to clean up my clipper cut fade. I always tip a generous amount of 40-50% if they do a good job. After every cut I request a quick rinse. Everywhere else this has not been a problem, but with this location they refuse to in order to try and upsell a shampoo that I don't need. This might work for most women who get their hair cut, but when you are a guy like me who maintains very short, almost shaved hair, I'm not going to pay extra for this. read more

had a very nice hair cut when I went in, however I wanted some shorter layers. so I walked in, and everything in the salon was directed to men, all of the pictures were men and most of the products too. so I thought it was a supercuts directed for men only. whatever. So I get in the chair, explain to the lady that I just wanted more wispy layers and thats it. She re-did my whole hair cut! I did not ask for bangs but somehow I have them. There are more layers on one side than on the other. I'm not saying my hair cut is horrible, but I have longer hair so its kind of hard to really screw that up. One side of my head has more layers than the other and now I have bangs. Should have just left my hair with the long layers instead. It was a way better haircut than what I have now. and now I have to grow out bangs. read more
