do not get bangs here!!! lol i genuinely don't think my hair has ever looked worse. my reference picture had relatively thin and blended bangs, but dani somehow managed to give me a mix between a mullet and a bowl cut (she parted the bangs to start in the dead center of my head??? then she made my now super thick blunt bangs go all the way to my temple before blending???). i kind of only have myself to blame though, if you pay discount prices, you're gonna get discount quality. im sure this place is fine for a trim but im never going back out of sheer embarrassment. it turned out so bad the other stylists there looked legitimately terrified! the haircut ended with dani saying "yeah you're just gonna have to figure out how to make it work" anyways save your money and your self esteem and do not get bangs here...again, it's not like my expectations were super high, but dani crawled right under them :/ it's fair to mention that this did happen a month ago, but i am still dealing with the aftermath and i really think more people need to know about this read more

I left in tears.... But not in the bad way!!. My story is.... I caught covid-19 last November. I'm somewhat recovered but I'm a long hauler. One of the post side affects is hair loss, which I'm not kidding, clumps and handfuls of hair falling out. I went into this location in February and had the pleasure of CJ and Shauni who took care of me. I discussed my journey and the horrible toll this is having on my hair, as well as other symptoms I'm trying to get over. We did a bit of a trim and I left then, in hopes the loss would taper off. Well, this did not happen. I decided yesterday to go back to see CJ and discuss with him the emotional torture and every drama this is causing me.Crying in the shower in disbelief, is no way to live. So, I said to myself, if I have to shave it off so be it. I went in and they remembered who I was. We discussed the process and he did his thing. Shauni talked me through it so I would get distracted from the drastic move. It was over, and I was somewhat relieved it was over with. To be honest, I'll say I'm not to happy with the style, but it's better than pulling out long hair strands. He did the best he could with what I have, and I'm learning to be comfortable with it. They said I could come back and could adjust the style. Or if it needs fine tuning, as the hair is still going to come out. I may be completely bald, but I'm taking baby steps and doing this in phases. With that said, my understating the hair grows back, but not sure when or how much. I may never get back my hair, so I'm learning to live in my new style of short and funky. When I was done with the visit, I was told by CJ that Shauni "took care of it"! I did not understand at that moment that they comped/and paid for my service. I mean...who does this!??? Well they did, and this turned into shock! I was stunned over their generous act of kindness. I am still blown away by this gesture of compassion. I mean wow, Supercuts!!!! I'm a life long Supercuts customer and will remain loyal to the brand and the staff at this location. My hair was a mess with cow licks and waves everywhere except where they should have been. I wear oxygen and use a BiPap so have deep grooves embedded as well. I made an appointment appointment with my cell phone before going and was accommodated within a few minutes of my arrival. The stylist was cheerful and helpful as well as talented and even accepted my quirky sense of humor. She did an outstanding job of cutting my hair and I actually look more like a human being than a wolf man. I would recommend this stylist shop without hesitation. read more

Okay, i am done with place! Second time I was stunned by my hair dresser's rush to get my easy haircut done and I begged her to make sure she didnt leave any long hairs in my short haircut! Number 2 on the side and 3 on top is so easy!!! After washing my hair my wife pointed out a clump of hair 1/2 an inch longer behind my ear!!! We had to trim that and several other areas on the back!!! Run from this place!!!!! read more

Trash trash trash! My Wife went in to get a cut today and just wanted a short trim, well guess not because the supposed hair professional does not know how to trim. She basically destroyed her hair cutting it super short without an apology or any empathy to the situation. I can not believe that this person is even aloud to cut hair. If you are even thinking about getting a cut here, please for the sake of your hair do no I repeat do not go here. Horrible horrible service and appalling that someone could do that to another person with no remorse. Went in to get some simple layers and a trim. I was very clear that I didn't want heavy layering at my ears. She completely ignored me. Not only did I end up with heavy layers right at my ears but she thinned out the last 2 inches so much that the layers were completely gone so I have the last 2 inches that looked like a different hair cut. I called the next day and also stated that I had previously wanted to get my sons hair slightly trimmed, the girl I spoke with said they would trim his for FREE and see if they could help fix mine. I went back and the only way to fix my hair was to completely chop it off. I was sobbing in the chair the whole time. I hate short hair, so of course when she was done, I hated it. I'm allowed to hate it. She then went on to charge my for the light trim they gave my son after telling me it was going to be free! And to add to it when I was getting my son into the car I could see I to the window and the 2 Girls who obviously complaining about my attitude. I learned my lesson to Never Ever go to a Supercuts again. I'm a mom to 3 so being able to go after my husband got home was my only option. So incredibly disappointed. read more
