Their online check in tool works very well. You can see the estimated wait time ahead and request your preferred stylist or choose the 1st one available. I try and get Kari to cut my hair bc she listens to what you want and takes her time ensuring you get a proper cut. Try the Tea Tree experience if you haven't. read more

Horrible- I will never go back. Three out of the last four times I went with a set appointment I had to wait 30 minutes. Tonight three people working...one customer...they said that they all had to go on break. Really? I have gone to five other Super Cuts in the area and have never had a problem. Is there a manager? I went in to get my two sons haircuts not knowing what number clippers to use and she walked me through them and really took her time to understand what I wanted done. Worth an the 1 1/2 drive! I have not been able to find anyone that can cut my hair like Sierra. She is the master at asymmetrical cuts and thinning out my very thick hair. My daughter was seen by another stylist and I was very pleased with her as well. The entire salon was positive towards each other and all of the clientele. Worst hair cut ever!! It wasn't even a cut!! My hair was chopped!! Horrible, I had to clip my hair up when I left I was so embarrassed. Never use Amanda! I guess that's what I got when she tried to up-sell me on more expensive service that I declined. I will never use Super Cuts again. Was a basic hair cut. The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. Could do a coupon for new customers or for frequent customers.

I would not ever go here again. I checked in online for a 1:30 appt and arrived at 1:30 exactly. Someone came in 7 minutes after me and got the next open chair because he checked in online first. I was then rudely informed it would be 15 minutes for another chair to open. So much for an appt time and online check-in; I was treated the same as if I had walked in. Apparently your appt time does not matter - only what time you 'virtually check in'...and even that is questionable. Had I known this, I would have checked in much earlier and simply arrived when I wanted, as the other person seemed to do. There are many walk-in salons on the same street. I simply left and went to another where I was treated much better and got a lovely haircut. read more

This "salon" butchered my daughter's hair to the point that she was in tears. The stylist Zaida never asked my wife how long the hair was supposed to be, she just went and did her thing. The haircut was so bad that we had to take her to a professional salon to get it fixed. The manager was combative and rude and we did not appreciate that either and when confronted about it, the manager asked us to leave. We filed a complaint with corporate and they at least refunded our money to us. Stay away from this salon. read more

I usually make my appointment with my favorite Caitlyn, but think all the girls here have done my hair at least once and my color and cut always look amazing. Just like any good salon, they keep a card file of repeat customers' colors and details, which is helpful since I like to play around with my color. Whether I want to keep it exactly the same as last time because it's perfect or to tweak the color to a little more copper or a little deeper brown on the lowlights or a little bolder for the blond on the highlights, they know exactly what colors they used last time so it's easy to make adjustments if needed. When I started going there, my hair was short enough to shave at the neck, and I've started letting it grow out over the past year. They made it look sassy :-) when it was short, kept it looking great even during the usually awkward growing out stages, and give it nice shape and body now that it's past my shoulders. People frequently compliment my hair cut or color and seem surprised when I tell them "Supercuts on 79S at Margarita!" When we lived in a different state, I used to go to a very fancy, very expensive salon. Now I get awesome hair for less than $100 (for two colors highlights and lowlights, wash, cut, blow dry/style) and in almost 2 years going to this location, have never been disappointed. read more

I have very thick wavy/frizzy "difficult" hair and getting a hair cut is like going to the dentist for me. Whether it is arguing with the stylist because they more about my hair than all of my years I have had with it, or never getting the same results twice with the same style. Either way it is always a miserable experience for me and i usually end up hating my hair cut and the stylist. My hair style for the last 5 years has bee long almost to my waist that I wear in a pony tail or bun. Long story short I met SHAY today and I have hair that went from my waist to above my shoulders. She listened to me and what I wanted. She then proceeded to do every thing I wanted but also suggested different ways we could try things to make sure we got the style I wanted. Needless to say I will be getting regular hair cuts from now on but, only if Shay is available and will be willing to try new styles if Shay thinks they will work because in one sitting she has earned my trust. This is the first time I've rated a salon for my haircut experience but from what I went through I feel like I need to. I have gone to Supercuts two times before and had Caitlyn trim my hair. She did an excellent job both times. I came in last week without an appointment and unfortunately didn't get Caitlyn. This time I got Brandie. She seemed very nice. She did an EXCELLENT job at washing my hair. She really took he time and made it really relaxing. Well then came time for the haircut. I could already tell that she was fairly new by the way she handled my hair. I asked for about 3 or so inches off and to have it rounded at the bottom. Nothing special. I left spending 17.99 (with a coupon and not including tip). That night I got home and straightened my hair. I was shocked at how butchered my hair was. There were some pieces that literally weren't even cut. My hair was completely uneven. And it was more straight across and definitely not rounded. For the first time I felt so dissatisfied with my cut that I called back to get it fixed. Luckily I went back two days later and had Sam fix my hair. Unfortunately, she had a cut a little bit off just to make it even and round it. I'm most likely not going to return to this location. I don't think it's worth 20.99 for a haircut and wash. read more

I will never come back to this place again. I was very upset with my last visit at Temecula parkway location , actually this was not my first time there, I think it was my 3rd or 4th times, I was satisfied with the service I received then thats why I came back again,  but after what happen at my last visit, I dont think I will come back again, her name is Beth the person who cut my hair,  dont smile, and left me on the chair 5x to assist customers and to answer the phone, I will understand if she's the only one there that day but theres 3 other girls, but it seems like  she wanted to be the one to assist those customers and answer phone, , she will stop right away once she sees customers at the door. I  heard one girl told her if the phone rang..  "Just put it on hold I will take care of it", but she didn't, she still picked up the phone and start talking on the phone for a while like for 4mins or so then she went to the back like she was looking for something then get back to the phone, and went to the back again,and she was gone for 10+ mins, and I was so hot with that black cape on me  and I started to get very anxious, one girl noticed me and she went to the back and asked her to get back to me, then when she came back she was rushing to finish my hair cut, I dont want to say anything to her because I was very upset and I just want to get out of there, even though I was not happy with my haircut and the service I received I still gave her a tip. This lady  was not focused and get distracted very easily and she needs to smile. read more

I feel bad for these ladies that work and spend so much time dedicated to what they do but get no recognition in return. It is what it is. I think Supercuts is for the typical "family" haircut. I would not go if you need anything more. Perhaps depends on who you get to do your hair, but any detailed cut or coloring is not going to happen for the most part. I was very disappointed in my color and cut. And it was actually not all that cheap either. I think it was safe to say my stylist was just not experienced or is new to the industry and Supercuts is a starting place. Very disappointing and frustrating to not get what you want and still have to pay. read more

Not impressive at all. Hairstylist was polite, but it seemed like she was sick, because the entire time she cut my hair she was breathing through her mouth like her nose was stuffed up. The other woman who worked here was coughing too, so I'm not excited about that. If you're sick and work in an industry that requires you to touch people, please call in sick. When she washed my hair, she didn't do any kind of scalp massage which is totally my favorite part of having someone wash my hair. I just needed a trim, but the hairstylist *barely* cut any hair off (and I know I needed more than that cut off) until I had her go back through another time and trim the little layers I have. Overall there wasn't anything really WRONG, but there wasn't anything impressive, either. It just felt like very bare minimum service; met the minimum requirement to avoid outright complaint, but didn't make an ounce of extra effort. read more

I just wanted to share my experience getting at Super Cuts today, I will never go back to the Temecula salon again. When my mother and I went in today there were three stylists; two free and one with a client. One of the stylists said that one of us could be sat immediately, but the other would have to wait 20-30 minutes because she was going to lunch and the other stylist was doing a color. I was a little annoyed, but no big deal I was going to wait and it was fine. My breaking point was when some teenagers walked in and the stylist doing the color (the kid's regular stylist) said that she could seat him right then and cut his hair. She saw my eyes widen and then told me that she didn't have time to wash and dry my hair because she was doing a chemical so she was going to just help the kid. Seriously her current client's hair had already been processing for like 20 minutes at that point, but I guess she didn't have time to help me in that time either. Honestly I would have been less annoyed had she just not helped me or that kid. Either way it was just poor service and I do not plan to go back. read more
