What happened I walked in as a and I was chair and then the lady who was helping was cut my arguing with me about what I she was instead of listening to what I wanted she was saying oh do you want a page boy do you want this or do you want that? She just wouldn't listen to me and so we broke this camel's back was as she wanted to part my hair down the center, and then cut it even all the way around with the part in the center when I don't have the part in the center it's off the side and she refused to cut my hair after that horrible place don't go. read more

I first discovered Supercuts cause I was looking for a place to have my little boy have his haircut here in the mountains because we would often go to the valley to have this done. It was Tayla who took care of him and she's really good with kids. She would constantly assure me that the clippers she used were safe and she would ask once in a while if the cut is good. On the second time I came back, I had my hair done by Morgan. She was great! She cut my hair, gave suggestions, did my highlights and styled my hair. She even gave out tips on how to take care of my hair. She definitely knew what she was doing. I loved the vibe too because the rest of the staff were accommodating, the place was clean and they had great energy altogether. Will definitely recommend this place. read more

This review was written during covid-19 pandemic. Supercuts is a chain hair salon on White Mountain. We've come to this place a number of times for haircuts-before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The salon is has a good selection of hair products. They give a good haircut. The price is right and staff is friendly. Since covid-19 pandemic, the salon opened later than the governor allowed to clean and get procedures in order. The salon is clean, they sanitize between customers and wear masks and require customers to wear masks. read more

I got a haircut today and I can just defined as the worst experience ever. I needed a haircut as an emergency for an event (Christmas) and the staff working was just giving this fake attitude of being nice (the workers were Noah and Sylvia). Once it was my turn they were just talking about wanting to leave and they were just bored and it just gave me the vibe of doing whatever they wanted with customers haircuts... really sad... the guy finished my haircut within 8 min and asked me if I needed anything else which I answer him that I need the corners on my forehead done and he just did an awful job. Have been using Supercuts in Show Low for about a year. The stylist I used has moved away so today I thought I would try a new person, Mary Beth. What a mistake, she clearly couldn't be bothered and hardly spoke. The haircut was ok-ish but she rushed through and couldn't get rid of me fast enough. May try once more with a different stylist or just go elsewhere as the staff remaining clearly just don't care!​ read more

I made my husband an appointment online for 315 and we got there around 20 minutes early, he went in and they did have him on the schedule and told him it would just be a few minutes, he waited 15 minutes or so, and a man walked in and the girl took him right away, and my husband told them he's been waiting and was next, and the girl said oh, sorry you'll be after this guy, I forgot you were waiting. we waited, a total of a half an hour, and left. we will never go there again. read more

Tia cut my hair for me the other day, and did such a good job. I have thick hair, and it sometimes gets too thick and starts to look puffy. Unfortunately you can't leave a zero or minus number! Most unbelievable visit today at Supercuts. My wife wanted a hair cut so just dropped in to Supercuts in Show Low, as they do not require appointments. When we arrived there were 2 stylists working and 2 customers ahead of us. After one of the workers completed her haircut, she started cleaning up and it became obvious that she was leaving for the day. That was understandable and no big deal. We patiently waited while the single stylist completed the 2 customers in front of us. As she finished up the second customer and it was finally my wife's turn, another stylist walked in and immediately went to the back, which I assumed to get her equipment. As it became my wife's turn, the working stylist told my wife that the other stylist would be with her shortly, although she was still in the back & it was my wifes turn. My wife indicated that she wanted the stylist that was working to cut her hair, as we had now been waiting for over 45 minutes. Now the unbelievable part - the stylist asked if my wife if it would be OK if she cut another customer's hair that had walked in about 40 minutes AFTER we had! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The proper response would have been to provide a lesson in customer service to the stylist, but then letting her cut my wife's hair after such a lesson would probably not been one of my best moves. We just left. This business has lost 2 customers forever and I urge you to think twice about waiting 45 minutes to be bypassed because a cute boy walks in behind you. I'm not sure the woman's name who cut my hair, unfortunately, but she absolutely butchered my hair and was unfriendly the entire time. My overall experience was awkward and uninviting. I asked for a very plain and simple haircut, however she Managed to chop my hair on top into about 4 different lengths (I asked for 1/2" off the top and ended up with over 1" on one side in length and less than 1/2" on the other side, and the sides are absolutely ruined. Do not recommend unless having a terrible haircut for at least three weeks is your sort of thing. read more

Had a previous (bad) experience when I signed in online for a haircut and the website showed a 35 minute wait. Arrived a few minutes before the 35 minutes and was informed that there were 8 people ahead of me! Really?? What is the point of signing in online, I thought it was to save you some wait time. Decided to go back and try them out again as I have had good haircuts there from 2 of the girls. Walked in and was told to sign in and was informed that there were 7 ahead of me. I asked how long that would be, like 30 to 45 minutes?? The sylist seemed inconvienenced and said more like an hour to an hour and a half. Didn't have that much time so I turned around and went elsewhere. The girls here seem to know what they're doing as I have been pleased on prior visits, but also seem disgruntled that you're there and almost want to discourage you from patronizing them.
